So if you hit someone with an E and get mistwalkers you have them almost perma slowed til they clear the mistwalkers. This gets crazier if you have phase rush, which also procs from mistwalker attacks. With the E's slow/movement speed boost, you can run just about anyone down, or kite in and out with auto-qs. Yorick's weakness is supposed to be his lack of mobility and with phase/divine/serylda's you completely flip the script.
@@scottharrison2228 at the moment the top meta appears to be pretty centered around split pushing, even with the nerfs hullbreaker is good. That being said, Yorick is so good at split pushing I personally prefer buying other items to be more impactful when I do need to show up for the team fight

I haven't been punished by an irelia yet - the only one I played against got an early lead then just left and let me do my thing - but Volibears man they ran me down one too many time so he gets banned :(

@@aidenwells8756 your ghouls are basically a free 5 stack passive for Irelias, is so easy for them to own you bad and carry the game from that point. Volibears can be blocked by W really easy (since they just run at you in a straight line). You can also max W in that kinda matchup since that+E is your win condition for most trades.
@ that's true everywhere I read said to ban irelia / jax I think that my problem is I can be a bit cocky thinking I want an irelia to prove they can do it first - one of the main points of the video to work off - but will definitely jot those down to remember for next time thank you!

Was diamond 1 100 LP season 3 and just came back to the game about a month and a half ago. The game has changed so much, but your macro content is really helping me relearn the fundamentals of league and hoping to hit Masters + this season by the end of it. It seems to be a way more complex game than season 3 where if you could out micro the other team it was almost a guaranteed win.
in season 3 you could easily 1v9 or 2v8 with jax or irelia. now the game has been less snowbally and with a few mistakes the enemy can rebound much easier with the bounty system.

But for sure you are right that you get punished way harder these days for winning and making 1 mistake.

Wild how many people rush Phage. For 50g less you get Sheen + Longsword. If sustain is an issue Executioner's + Cloth or Boots is the same price. If you're getting stuffed in the trunk and taken to pound town, Doran's Shield + Ruby Crystal is only 850. Phage got nerfed in 10.23 and you pretty much only ever want it to free up inventory space.

He should of been focusing on pushing himself even more ahead by counter jungling and looking to pick off viego in 1v1.

The whole point of splitting on sett is to look for those 1v2's while your team does something. Map aweness; and putting pressure down with an obv up is key. You can also try to win a 5v4 against a yorick; but yorick is going to annihilate the base as he did. So yes Sett is a team fighting champ; but you cant do that against Yorick.

It turns out that all my messing around in ranked and how un-often I play, has caused me to degrade to Iron 2!!! lmao what the heck. I hopped into a ranked game and just smashed with nasus jungle. I wanna get down to the bottom at Iron 4. Theres literally only 1 guy in that rank on NA right now lmao Theres like five in Iron 3, then like six in Iron 2 and like twelve in iron 1. So I guess what I am really saying, is that I am among a rare group of League and I am totally happy with it. P.S. I also have one of if not the rarest summons icon. You have to bear in mind that during the coaching it can be a very nerve-wracking session especially when it's on the stream. But sometimes you need a shock to the system so that you can then work on your mistakes which I will learn from now! - Also questioning to understand something is a good thing isn't it?

He's a one-sided champion. The only thing he's truly good at is split pushing, and you can't really change that with different builds.

I'm always curious.. what's the counter for the enemy team? Just win the 4v5 harder and push faster than the split pusher can?

this is the first coaching i'm actually like genuinely annoyed watching, not from dumb clicking or something benign... this dude ACTIVELY threw at EVERY SINGLE FUCKIN CHANCE and continuously was trying to dick off EVERY single time neace stops talking. i literally cannot comprehend why the fk these idiots pay for the best&one of the more expensive coaches, to completely fuckin ignore him for the first half of/entire coaching or actively sabotage their game by doing stuff like this guy did & questioning every single thing neace said.... how many fkin times did he question the hullbreaker call in a 10 second period? jesus man

@@zeening I get that you were annoyed but this is the reason why I got the coaching! Because of my tendencies to do some silly things if what i'm doing is wrong when he stops telling me what to do then it clearly shows that I have an incorrect approach to the situation which when it's clearly called out on I now know what I need to work on. You have to bear in mind that during the coaching it can be a very nerve-wracking session especially when it's on the stream. But sometimes you need a shock to the system so that you can then work on your mistakes which I will learn from now! - Also questioning to understand something is a good thing isn't it?
