The rain was good this summer. There were a lot of bolete in the mountains, and a lot of rare bolete-lilac bolete were collected. The lilac bolete is the cousin of King Bolete and it is a kind of safety. The edible mushrooms taste as delicious as the king of mushrooms.
English name: Lilac Bolete or Boletus separans
The cap is about 4-20 cm wide; convex, usually a little wrinkled, lavender to liver red or cinnamon when young
The underside of the cap: What you see is a spongy layer, not a "gill". It is white when it is young, gradually turning yellow, and finally it is bright brown (no olive); there is no bruise when it is mature, or the bruise is deeper Yellow or brown; pores are "stuffed" when young; 1-3 round holes per millimeter when mature; 5-20 mm deep tube
Stem: 4-12 cm long; 1-4 cm thick; usually rod-shaped when young, solid and hard; usually slightly wrinkled; weak to prominent network structure from top to bottom, white on top; usually below The place matches the color of the fungus cap.
Lilac Boletus is a large fleshy fungus, rich in nutrients needed by the human body such as amino acids, lipids, vitamins and minerals.
Boletus like this in Yunnan is called white boletus. My friend asked me to eat vegetarian white boletus in Kunming more than 20 years ago. Recalling the dishes at that time, we used simple ingredients to stir-fry clove boletus. : Garlic, green pepper, salt and oil restore the dish that was eaten more than 20 years ago, and it is indeed delicious on earth.
