Looks awesome but does it taste awesome ? How does the veggie chunks taste like, is it meat ? Please I need to know cause am substituting my meat for it.
It tasted great to me, the texture is so close. I would recommend boiling it first with some onion, garlic and spices before adding it to the stew. That's the only thing I would do different. As long as you spice it really well, it's a fantastic substitute.
I love how simple the ingredients are of this meat alternative compared to the ones I have seen in the US states. Thanks for sharing looks good!
