Using the City's Get It Done App

Thanks to the success of the Get It Done app and web portal, we receive hundreds of reports from residents and visitors every day. Crews are responding across 372 square miles of our world-class city and, in some cases, problems may take a while to fix. With an average of 20,000 reports being filed each month, we work hard to prioritize the most urgent public safety issues.
