Just what I needed! BUT Y’all please be careful and do not use a drill to remove screws on things like these. These thin metals and plastics strip very easily and you can not feel them. A big problem is when the screw is full unscrewed but it just spins in the hole it will damage the first few threads and it’s possible that the screw won’t go back in again. learn from my mistakes. not on this bike but all the bikes I have worked on.
thanks for taking the time to show us how to take these little navis apart
This is a great tutorial! Especially with listing the tools and all the steps. This will be super helpful for when I go to wrap my bike!

Did you have a hard time fitting the windshield on the bracket? Mine doesn't quite fit or did you need to bend the plastic a little bit to fit?
Any pre cut vinyl sites out there for my headlight enclosure?
ngl i'm mildly curious as to why you took off all the plastics, but i'm kinda glad you did because now i know how as well! thank you nice lady!
I had to take them off to get off all the Plastidip I put on it about a year ago. 😅 And you're welcome. ☺
@@kaylee_hobbz lol that sounds like a whole new video idea. "What to do when you have regerts..."
I would suggest you put the screws from each part in a different baggie and mark the location on the baggie. Wish I would have done this.
GRACIAS MUY BUENO
No more mk7 videos??
So, what are you doing with the panels? Repainting? Vinyl wrap?
Just taking them off to remove all of my crappy Plastidip job and run the Ranger Green as is. ☺
You rock, hon!
