5mins sugarlace mat paste

Icing sugar:30g
Cornflour:65g
Cmc/tylose:30g
Glucose:70g
Hot water :1cup and 2tablespoon
.

Mix all items together adding the hot water lastly!…Store the remaining in the fridge,and use within 1week!

Every other recipe asks for corn syrup and it is only online for me and very expensive.
However Glucose is so easy to buy in the Supermarket so I'll be making your recipe this week .

I measured another one and redo it, follow exactly the the way it was done here, same thing...I wish I can send pictures... please ma, is there any precautions I'm to follow while doing it? The mixture is just like fufu... The second one I mix I had to add more hot water, the thing just the swallow the water... Infact, I was like, there's no harm in trying again and again...
