    I recently got deep 27 n just followed ur recipe with medium fine grind n trust me I started joying pour overs again .. I get such a nice refreshing tea like crisp n clean cup just to fulfill my coffee craving .. deep 27 served my issue to use dripper as single serve cup .. n its so small i can carry anywhere for travel . N even cafec filters r also so good for 27 u don’t need to wash also it doesn’t have paper taste like v60 papers

    I've been using mine for about a month now on a daily basis and I do love it. Easy to use, easy to make excellent coffee and easy to clean, in my opinion. I just rinse it with water right after I brewed a cup. Just another interesting way to enjoy a cup of coffee. The only downside is that it's made of plastic. By the way, I like your style. Comes across as very honest and likeable

    Just got the brewer from your shop today (I'm from Germany) and I'm so perplexed by this brewer. It's soooo fast, even at a fine grind with my normal V60 Recipe in 2 pours I ended up at 1:55 drawdown (12g to 200ml) but it still wasn't underextracted and the Natural Bourbon I used tasted really chocolaty and roasty, no acidity at all which confused the hell out of me haha. Gotta try your recipe maybe it could give more acidity to the cup

    I got the Hario 1 with the cloth filter for the same reason, to brew a smaller amount of something different or special. This on interested me, too.

    Can you be a little more specific on your grind size? Curious if you have a reference in Comandante clicks , microns, or fellow ode settings - thank you !

      For this, we used 93c, same grind size as what you would use in a V60 medium fine.

    Thank you for this video! Ill be experimenting with this recipe over the coming weeks. I will only be using my Deep 27 with 10 grams of coffee or less. The plan is this to be dedicated to the beat beans in my stash to stretch them out for more enjoyment.

    So can we manipulate the taste from 27 with the 60 normal dripper ? It just another headcahe if we play with 27 and turns out we can get the same coffee xperience with the normal 60 😂

      A headache or just something really interesting to see considering completely different shape and different extraction from same recipe.

    The guy that made this said to pour right in the middle of the bed.. Don't circle around.

    “Super unique” or “very unique” are nonsensical

      Why? That just makes for more thermal management work. This brewer is made from tritan which is very safe and removes thermal management work.

    What is the maximum amount of coffee that can be used? I can use 20G on this dripper ?

    • @KurasuKyoto
      @KurasuKyoto  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Unfortunately we don't recommend going over 15g, if we use 20 g, the brewer would be 90% filled with coffee grounds.

    Me parece que el Dripper flower produce una taza balanceada tanto en cuerpo y sabores, intensifica todos los sabores aunque pierde sutileza, pero es muy fácil hacer una buena taza 🍵 desde el primer intento

      13g for our comparison with the original flower dripper and 8g for our recipe.

    TANKS for the video
    Did you use dark roast ?

    • @KurasuKyoto
      @KurasuKyoto  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We used light roast for this. The dripper works well for dark roast as well.
