We melt the sugar in a special pot and then add baking soda and stir it until it becomes a syrup-like texture. We then place this paste on a flat surface and using a cookie cutter (or any other shape), we make it into cute shapes. Once it is hardened, we use a toothpick to 'cut' out the shape we made from the rest of the paste and the ultimate goal is to cut it out without ruining the shape! It's really fun to do and delicious! This coffee trend was named dalgona coffee because it both tastes a lot like the snack and also resembles it a lot!

are you allergic to coconut? if not coconut creme milk in the can, the top part that's more solid, whips up just like heavy whipping cream :) I've used it before since my husband is lactose intolerant
Hi I'm lactose intolerance to but here's a tip when I'm gonna eat any thing with cheese or milk I usually take a lactade pill they sell these at Walgreens or Walmart or any drug store you want to go hopefully this helped ❤😀
I'm lactose intolerant too. I like coconut or cashew because its thick. Though idk if it'll work with some of these but almond milk is a really good replacement too I've used almond milk with just the regular dalgona so I'm sure you'll find what you like (:

okay so i tried this and chose the chocolate one. i took a small bowl with a spoon. then proceeded to take whipped cream from a can out of my fridge and used a decent amount. then i took chocolate syrup and drizzled it over top of the whipped cream. i used the spoon to mix it together then poured a glass of milk. then i spooned out the mixture and placed it in my glass to mix. it was soo good. the creaminess was very satisfying, much like how karina described it in this video. i hope some of you are able to try karina’s way or mine! if you choose to do mine pls let me know how it goes! :)
