I’ve gotten turn 0 forfeits (forfeit upon the first two Pokémon being sent out) and forfeits on team preview before, though I would only describe the former as skill (someone sent their Lando-T against my Milotic with Competitive and an Adrenaline Orb)

I’m always confused how people play competitive in games and don’t know a thing about it, especially in something like Pokémon where if you see a weird ass lineup, you better be paranoid cause that’s the only way your gonna stand a chance
If I see a fuckin feebas on the enemy team I’m immediately sweating bullets (and of course expecting FEAR strats)
Like I’ve seen enough of these videos to know that if my opponent has two Pokémon on their team it’s more likely they have 500 IQ than 5
@@swordsmancs and that its probably best to try doing something weird like forcing them to switch to their second mon immediately rather then letting them setup whatever the first mob is supposed to do assuming its not just a mob thats supposed to be knocked out
@@darkdruidsvale exactly, taunt’s fantastic for shutting down most 2 Mon strats cuz most of the time they have one attack if any at all, and are meant more for setting shit up like screens or spikes. Taunt + magic bounce are the best for handling that, Haze is good for killing setup strats, whirlwind can force a switch before they’re ready
There’s ways to handle these, but I’m still always scared that I’m misreading the situation and not countering correctly lmao

I just realized how a nobody-cares mon turns is powerful af:
Toxtricity ( LVL 100, Sp.A nature, perfect IVs, +252 Sp.A EVs ) = 359 Sp.A
+ Punk Rock ( 1.3x Power to sound-based moves )
+ Choice Specs ( 1.5x Sp.A )
+ Boomburst ( 140 Base power, Special, Normal-Type )
+ Normal Terastalize ( No more 4x weakness, 1 imunity, Rock or Steel types aren't famous for Sp.D )
≈140% Damage in Pokémon like Groudon, Rayquaza, Clefairy, Zacian.
Toxtricity isn't that fast, so try to gibe it cover with moves like Light Screen, Reflect, Shed Tail, or all at once. It isn't a great Sweeper, but it can stop a Sweep with ease.
@@rocambolehibrido6132 could give it Automatize and settle with Life Orb or Throat Spray.
