I have been binge watching your videos for months now and even if it the same topic, I always learn something new. You are so very talented and wonderful at teaching and sharing your process. Thank you so much for sharing. Francine 🤗🥰
Good morning Gayle thanks for sharing your sat. You encourage me to get my scraps made up. I am grateful everyday. I have lost two family to COVID so I am thankful everyday. 😍🌴
It’s always fun, and bittersweet to reminisce about former work days. I still miss my wonderful coworkers, doctors and multi-generations of patients! Time moves on, whether there were days of sadness or complete hilarity, it’s a blessing to have such great memories.🥰🇨🇦
What a good idea for scraps. Thanks Gayle. I enjoyed hearing about your past job at the college. Hard to believe only one bath room for all those nuns!😂❤ blessings
I love Scrappy Saturday. Everything you have made here is so pretty, the crossover pockets and the pocket tags. Love the reverse side on the upper pocket !! The dark blue one is my faviorite
I always tear so the white side shows. When inked, it adds so much more texture to the final piece. I could watch you make things from your scraps all day! I know others inexplicably like collaging (and I do make collage bases out of old book pages), but there's something about non-collage Scrappy Saturday that makes me so happy. So doing a couple more vids of rectangular scraps is a.o.k. by me!
Hi hun, absolutely love what you have managed to do with what you call scraps. Amazed at how many you did in an hour. Can’t wait to see the next instalment and hope you show us you decorating some of them. Luv and hugs. Xxx
Having not to go out in the work place I’m so grateful for, I even feel bad to say that, so glad you mentioned it. My poor son has to travel on the underground in London, he does 6 hours of travelling each day he is so anxious to keep working he lost a job last July I so feel for him, the world is so hard for the young. Thank you for your cheery videos so grateful to you best wishes Chris xx
Great fun and a whole lot accomplished. Loved hearing about your job at the college. I worked at a middle school for 18 years. Wow was that an eye opener. You know hormones. Poor kids didn’t know if they were coming or going. Crazy times but, I loved it.🌺🌸🌷
I loved this one, got started and made 19 big ones and 8 small ones. They were so much fun. Now I need to make some jurnals. Thank you for the cool idea, that got me carried away.
Always fun to watch your creative mind at work! 😊 I made some of the tags with you, now I have to decorate them with you next time you do that! It was fun crafting with you! Hugs! 🤗💖🤗
I love when you are debating how to fix an issue and I think of a solution and you come to the same conclusion! I feel like I could be another Gayle Agostinelli (NOT)!
Gayle, I always like Scrappy Saturday’s. Hope you and your husband are enjoying this weekend. Hugs 🤗 Your friend Cindy from a small town in Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️❤️❤️
The tag/pockets are really cute. All that yummy paper to play with. Enjoyed your story about the work building. It is wonderful to have happy memories from our working years. Thank you for sharing 🤗
Another fun video, as they all have been this week, Gayle. Enjoyed how you layered pockets on the different sizes of scraps. It's to be in upper 60's here this weekend and into next week with possibility of a day here or there of 70. Hard to believe a few weeks ago we were freezing our tails off and buried in snow! I'm ready for Spring to arrive in full force! When I got to school yesterday there were robins and cardinals singing away. Enjoy your nice weather and have a blessed day!
Hi Gayle! You just threw down with the beautiful scrappy pockets and tags...Go Girl💃Enjoyed hearing your former work stories! I worked on tag week 7 about hexagons. I am trying to catch up💕🐬hugs for all weekend
This was FUN...TYFS!! 🤗❤ The post office has cylinder/tube mailers that you could roll up 12×12 sheets...I've also used empty wrapping paper tubes(sturdier ones) to do the same(the wider the diameter the more you can fit) Obviously wouldn't work for whole paper pads...I like the idea of pizza boxes that another subbie suggested too!!
fantastic idea... I had to laugh because I was saying 'flip it round' when you were deciding what to do... great minds huh?? TFS... take care & stay safe xXx
So much fun to watch you this evening. We have been so busy with the packing and moving and cleaning. The new house is wonderful, but my room is a mess. I need to spend the next few days getting my sewing machine cabinet and my craft cabinet refilled. I have not been able to craft in almost 3 weeks, but I think once I am settled in it will be so much easier for me to make stuff. The room is much bigger, and I can move many of the kid crafts that I had in my room into the school room in the upstairs loft. Love the 6 envelopes. I think the one that you thought was torn funny looks so good. I tend to like when things are not perfect.
You are truly a paper master you can make something beautiful out of anything!! Since I will most likely never see one of your Journal listings before they sell I guess I would love to have some of your ephemera. To own anything that's your art is a dream come true. I wonder if I can never catch the ephemera before it all sells out. 😆!! 🤗🐞🥰
Good scrappy morning Gayle!! Love these great ideas for scraps. As you know, we all have stacks of paper pad scraps. 😄 Thank you for the inspiration to do something with them!! 💜
Loved this scrappy Saturday. ❤️😊. Great ideas and beautiful paper scraps. Oh my gosh they are wonderful. Look at all the pretty pockets you have with those papers. It was a great hour with you!!
I love listening to you talk while you create, it's amazing that you can stay on track and I giggle when you say(stay on track Gayle, don't overthink it Gayle. Lol I'm not alone. Now I'm gonna go cut rectangles 😜😜😜 Have a great day 💜💜💜✌️✌️ Sherry
Hi Gayle, I love crafting along with you. I need to organize my loose scraps too that are stuffed into 6x6 packs. That floral paper you used at the beginning is just gorgeous. Nice weather has been teasing us this week. But next week it gets cold again here in southern PA.
I used to be an academic. I miss working on a campus. I miss the students and the conversations with other professors and administrators. I had to "pare down" my career as it became evident my sons had a cluster of special needs, and I quit working outside the house after a few months of COVID for homeschool, etc. It was a blessing in disguise because I have the unique opportunity to learn new skills (junk journaling obsession, you say?) and spend every day with my teenage sons. When they started school, I never thought I'd have this kind of time with them again. As tragic, overwhelming, heart-crushing, and frustrating as the last year has been in so many ways, I actually gained some value I would never have expected!
Good Afternoon Gayle! I really like this video! I am going to try and de-stash my 12x12 paper as well! Funny, I was just thinking about my mailing dilemma today! Lol!! Hugs!!
Oh Gayle, I loved this video! It would be great if you did more, it gives ideas on how to use scraps but also mass making pockets, etc. Your idea sample book is a brilliant idea! I definitely need to start one ❤️And I love the stories about your career days. So interesting and I relate to many.
Week six of Roy’s challenge was the little page attachments. I love those but was a bit confused about how they attach to a page and what their purpose is besides just being so yummy. You have such pretty papers today. Not scraps at all. Very pretty pockets.
Wow! You turned on the heat today! Great results Gayle. You probably have two more videos with the leftovers but that’s good for us and for your stash! Happy weekend! 🥰
If you’re just mailing random scrapbook paper pages and not a whole pad you can just take any box that’s the right size flattened down, don’t make it into a box, use it flat, put the papers in there and tape it all up. Or just put cardboard around it and tape it up.
Gayle, I love love love the larger tags (and all) you created. I've been thinking about a box and that's a hard one. You may just have to bite the bullet and place an order with U-Line. I purchase all my boxes from there for my Keepsake Card Holders. The shipping is a bit pricy but in the long run it's worth it for me. If you're near a distribution center you and Mike could take a day trip and pick them up yourself, I know plenty of gals who do that. Good luck and keep using those scraps.
Loved this !♥️ Given me ideas for my big box of 12x12 scraps , please keep the ideas coming ,was so much fun , I love to organise though you wouldn't thinking looking at my craft room lol x
If you de-stash the 12x12 sheets cut them down to 6x6 size. You can cut down several at a time on your larger cutter. They make the larger mailing envelopes vs going the clear plastic route. Just a couple suggestions.
Happy Scrappy - it's suppose to be in the low 60s mon, tue, and wed - jean jacket and flip-flops are coming out of hibernation - Graphic 45 papers are gorgeous - Hugs.
Question for you: how do you like using the Sugar belle bottle for your fabritac? I'm debating if I need to invest in the bottles - they are a bi pricey here in Canada, but if they make things easier then I will. I do have arthritis in my hands and I find squeezing the fabritac bottle hard on some days. Thanks for all the inspiration from your videos!!
I’m late! By 3 weeks!!! Just got unquarantined since last October! Yahooty. So... to celebrate house spouse and I went to Michael’s fo their April Fools Day Sales! Got a gorgeous paper pad (40 sheets...no fooling). Buy one, get TWO more free!!!! Whohooty!!! A Spring pack, a traveling map pack, a Christmas pack! So I’m going to have to make ephemera pockets and strips and snippets and tags and clusters ON PURPOSE!!! Then I got one of those rolly three tiered carts like yours, only took me two years to follow along. This will be like cafeteria buffet assembly line mass making. TYFT
I have been binge watching your videos for months now and even if it the same topic, I always learn something new. You are so very talented and wonderful at teaching and sharing your process. Thank you so much for sharing. Francine 🤗🥰
I’m getting overwhelmed with scraps and I knew I could count on you for some good ideas for their use. Thanks Gayle!
Good morning Gayle thanks for sharing your sat. You encourage me to get my scraps made up. I am grateful everyday. I have lost two family to COVID so I am thankful everyday. 😍🌴
I’m so sorry for your losses, Annette! 😢🙏❤️
Like these ideas using up your scrapbook paper leftovers. You can use photo mail envelopes to mail your papers, marked do not bend. Happy Crafting! 👍🌞
I am so looking forward to your Scrappy Saturday...!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL YOU DO.... Thank you Gale.... hugs xx
Great ideas. Like a child with the button tin I could play with your scrap pile all day!
Happy Scrappy Saturday!!! What a great video. I just love having you to watch each day, so much inspiration. 💗
Great way to use up scraps! You got me thinking and planning! Thanks for the inspiration and the stories!!🥰♥️
I can’t wait to dig into my scraps tomorrow! 🤗💕🦋
I love Scrappy Saturday. Everything you have made here is so pretty, the crossover pockets and the pocket tags. Love the reverse side on the upper pocket !!

You certainly accomplished a lot. And I think you making ephemera and selling your designs in your shop is an excellent idea.
Hi hun, absolutely love what you have managed to do with what you call scraps. Amazed at how many you did in an hour. Can’t wait to see the next instalment and hope you show us you decorating some of them. Luv and hugs. Xxx
I just love your scrappy Saturday’s, you could do this everyday 💕💕💕💕

Love watching your whole process. Thanks for sharing.
Hi again, the golden book you used was everything I need to know about love. You used all the book pages and then added extra. Was a lovely journal x
Fun storytelling and great ideas with scraps! 😁
Great fun and a whole lot accomplished. Loved hearing about your job at the college. I worked at a middle school for 18 years. Wow was that an eye opener. You know hormones. Poor kids didn’t know if they were coming or going. Crazy times but, I loved it.🌺🌸🌷
My husband was a middle school vice principal...the disciplinarian. Lol! He knows what you’re talking about! 😂❤️
I loved this one, got started and made 19 big ones and 8 small ones. They were so much fun. Now I need to make some jurnals. Thank you for the cool idea, that got me carried away.
Lots of fun Gayle as always! Like the ideas of what you turned the strips of scrapbook paper into!
Always fun to watch your creative mind at work! 😊 I made some of the tags with you, now I have to decorate them with you next time you do that! It was fun crafting with you! Hugs! 🤗💖🤗
Love your ephemera making....and you always have such pretty paper scraps!!!!
This was great. Wonderful use of scraps. Thanks for sharing.

Love watching decide what to make. It gives me incentive to use up one of the huge boxes of scraps in front of me.
It sounds like you have so many fond memories from the time you worked. Thanks for sharing those.
Hey Ms Gayle i love my inker and was so glad you sent me to Chelle and Clint to get mine tfs 🦋
I used to be an academic. I miss working on a campus. I miss the students and the conversations with other professors and administrators. I'm late!!! Holy cow! It's 8pm in Georgia! lol had to do my chores when I got home from work! No fun. Hope you had a great day hugs
Hi Gayle!! You got quite a bit done today!! I enjoyed this video and the stories just added to it!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
Watched part two first because of being so behind on your video's, so started with the latest one. Interesting watching part one after part two LOL 😂💕

I love watching you work on these scrap busting videos...it’s very productive. I wish I was being more productive 🙃 but at least one of is!
A great way to use up those scraps !
Nice to get things done, such a good feeling. More to come, yay!

Hi Gayle, love your video . 🌺💞🌺
So cute! Thank you for sharing! (For the moment I only use one hand on my videos at YT- fractured arm and wrist, unfortunately).
That was a prolific hour. Cool ephemera Gayle.

Trying to learn how to sew on pockets an tags 🏷!
Working in a public library is sort of like your experience at the college. It makes life very interesting and memorable.
I was thinking you could use shaving brush handles and stick the sponge on bottom. You can buy some really pretty ones too
Hello! I am wondering where you purchased your wooden ink dauber. I can't seem to find them anywhere. Thank you!
Question for you: how do you like using the Sugar belle bottle for your fabritac? I love mine! Easier on the hands than the original bottle, in my opinion. 😁❤️
I was shouting it...you’re welcome lol TFS
Good morning sweet Gayle 🤗
