Love the vids, I have a 1964 C10 I am resto-moding. Was a rust bucket when I bought it a year ago. Have "repaired" all the rust except the drivers door and hood. Needed the normal, rockers, door pillars, door bottoms, a new roof inner and outer. You get the idea, not professional repairs but cut out and welded patch panels in my garage. But all of the suspension/steering/interior/brakes/lines/driveshaft are brand spanking new and upgraded. Engine and Trans is a 5.3L/4L60e out of an 03 tahoe. Brand new fuel system and radiator w/Efans, relocated tank to rear and brake lines. Pretty much a decent looking truck with all new go go parts lol. Hopefully be finished by the end of this year. Watching from Upstate SC
This is awesome! Daily driving my 1970 c20 custom camper long bed. Absolutely love this truck. Helping a friend with his ‘67 doing a fresh 454/400. Keep up the work! This is why I only have one!! Too many projects haha!
First of all you're a natural bro! Those beds in your yard look really cool I've always wanted to turn 1 into a cooler or a bench seat. And you have content for years. And I also have that exact Grill and the purpose was to do the exact thing to display my cars in my man cave. You're my favorite TH-camr and I follow a few channels.
Thanks, man! That means a lot. I can't take credit for the all the property you see in this video. It's my truck partner's place that we call the Truck Farm. This is where we store our trucks and house most of our parts - though Teddy stays at Whitlock Garage with me.
We do have a great group of friends for sure. But we didn't have it initially. We started a chapter of a truck club and grew it from there. That's where I met all of these guys with the exception of John. We go way back. :) Do you have any truck clubs near you?
That is definitely on the list. We've got a few longbed chassis' that make the perfect candidates. It may be a while because we have quite a bit of content planned ahead of it, but hopefully soon. :)
Subscribing after watching this, first time I've seen your channel! How do you not have more subs? This channel is going to blow up! Notifications turned on 👍🏻
Daniel Powell thanks, man! We’re just getting started. Haha! For only 3 months in, i think we’re doing pretty well. Hope you’ll stay tuned in and share our channel with your friends. 🤘🏼
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS 100% man I'm not going anywhere, I'm in the middle of a 71' cst right now, cant wait to watch yall grow! How can I find your Instagram/Facebook? When yall come to Texas it would be sick to talk for a second! C10's in the park or c10 nationals?
Daniel Powell Awesome! We have both United By Trucks and Whitlock Garage profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Just search both on either platform and you should find us. The Whitlock Garage profiles are more active but we’re slowly beefing up the UBT one. Oh, and it’s @whitlock_garage on Instagram. And we’ll be coming to TX some time in the future but it likely won’t be this year. We’ve got quite a few things going on around here this year to get out that way, but we plan to do C10’s in the Park next year. Would love to catch up when we do!
Hey guys like your channel I need some advice I have a 69C 10 not sure which direction to go with it new paint I’ll just keep it the way it is I’ve owned the truck for 35 years
hey looks like your at my place i call mine Chevyland lol hollering from Southern Maryland grate vid shows true enthusiast the dealer Billboards are definitely badass I got a couple myself
Thanks! My truck partner, John, has really put together a cool place in the Truck Farm. Thanks for tuning in! I always love to know where people are watching from.
Wish I'd seen y'all on here when I had my 69. It had 52000 original miles. I gave it to someone that was supposed to put it on the rd. I'd kept it but we had just had out second kids so I knew I couldn't afford to build it
A like and a scrib from me! Sweet place. Reminds me of one of my neighbors growing up. Except he was a F%#d guy mostly. Had any old part or tool you could ever need though!
Whew! That one stays at the Truck Farm. John chased it for 25 years and it's currently getting all the rust repair and patina blended to match the original paint. Then mild drop, steelies and caps, and an LS.
Any insight as how to remove peeling clear coat and give that old squarebody c10 a nice washed out matte look. Is it possible? Or just sand it all down and do a Fauxtina paint job? Thanks
Love the channel..... I’m in the process of dropping LS 408 with th400 in my 70 stepside. What motor mounts and Long tube headers would you recommend??
That completely depends. If it's not running or simply a roller, I like to be in that $2-$3k range. Sometimes that works out, sometimes it doesn't. Too many variables to really say.
Nice oldskool chevy trucks I would love to buy parts trucks they are the best to have around for oem parts for yours ,friends or swap meets i would like to collect 60- 78 c10,c20,k10,k20 / 69- 91 blazers/ 73-91 burbs for projects or parts I was born to be a gm guy ever since my dad had a 79 gmc k20 long bed and will be for life
Hmmmm i think it was 18x8 up front and 18x10 in rear. Can't remember tire sizes unfortunately. There's a video where we swap the wheels and it has all the specs. Wheels and tires are long gone.
I got an idea take one of them trucks without a body put a cab on it with junk parts flat bed junk engine junk rims basically a farm truck just an idea 😂
In '67, the standard rear window configuration was a small window, however, a panoramic cab (big back window) was an option in '67. Certainly more unique in '67 and we happen to have two now. We brought home the longbed brother to the truck you're referencing in this video recently. Check it out toward the end of the video here: th-cam.com/video/SVUlGL1U20M/w-d-xo.html
I understand that point of view. I do appreciate you stopping by and hope that you'll consider watching our other videos on mute. On second thought, you'll miss all the fun if you do that. lol But seriously, the filming/editing/music/etc isn't for everyone. TH-cam is a big world so I'm sure there is something out there for you.
That is not what that means. It means we buy trucks together, work on them together, fund their builds, but that's not every truck. We each have our own, but we always help each other.

Love the C30! The cab lights give it that over the road truck look.

That's right!
Yea man, Dig the 5 lug rallys!
I recently got a 69 c10 and thank yall for some great ideas for what I wanna go for
Sweet! Thanks for tuning in.
Some great looking trucks. I really want a c10 as a driver. Maybe some day. I have to get these Camaros done first.
Thanks much! C10s make great drivers. Love the camaros you're working on.
Man yall are cool, just subscribed! Genuine passion, brother!
Thank you so much!
wish I had guys like that to help me out, building a c10 with a disability has its challenges

no truck clubs where I am, we do have a facebook group but most guy are are 3-5 hour drive from where I am@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS
Any plans on showing us how too make a long bed into a shortbed ?
That is definitely on the list. We've got a few longbed chassis' that make the perfect candidates. It may be a while because we have quite a bit of content planned ahead of it, but hopefully soon. :)
Great video! Nice seeing your guys inventory. LOL I saw a few more parts I needed . Keep up the god work!
Michael Fisher Thanks, Fisher! Really glad you’re following along. And let me know any other parts you need and we’ll try to get you set-up.
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS Sounds great ! I did see a few parts and I also think I have some stuff you may be interested in as well. I'll send you a text later.

Pops has a 69 k20 and we can't find a bed at all. Gotta love living in the rust belt!
Oh, man!
Looks like you need to add on more room.. I need to do the same.

Sounds like you've already answered your own question. haha thanks for tuning in!
No backing out the 4 wheeler..your going to be famous... John
John Teague he was famous long before this TH-cam channel...😜
I've known that guy since grammer school....I'm a new fan☺️👍
John Teague that’s awesome! Thanks for tuning in.

I hear ya, man! So many great stories around these old trucks.
Nice dual lie
Great show guys big fan from the cayman islands✌
So cool! Really glad you're digging the content. Thanks for watching.

That's awesome! A lot like John's truck farm for sure.
Great videos! I have a 72 c10 shortbed fleetside project. I need a cab!!
Sweet! If you're in the south, I may be able to help you out.
I need that blue stepside in my life 😎😎
Whew! That one stays at the Truck Farm. John chased it for 25 years and it's currently getting all the rust repair and patina blended to match the original paint. Then mild drop, steelies and caps, and an LS.
Very cool truck! Can’t have enough squarebodies!
So true!
I have a 81 GMC here in Germany! Love your channel! Keep it up!
Awesome! Thanks for the encouragement.
i love c 10 am busy building my but the part is not easy to find here
Man it sucks I can only click the thumbs up button one fuckn time y’all got a peice of heaven right there buddy
Haha! Thanks, man. It's a lot of fun.
Took our right side mirror off today and it has a big rust hole. Yall have a good door for sale?
Any insight as how to remove peeling clear coat and give that old squarebody c10 a nice washed out matte look. Is it possible? Or just sand it all down and do a Fauxtina paint job? Thanks
I think you'd have to start over with that one. Peeling clear coat does not bode well for the patina look
Love the channel..... I’m in the process of dropping LS 408 with th400 in my 70 stepside. What motor mounts and Long tube headers would you recommend??
Hay use the wash sink to clean small parts
That was the plan. But somebody wanted it more than we did.
More like a Chevy truck gold mine than a truck farm.
Haha i'll take that
Great videos. You just need to add more Fords.
Working on it!
If you guys come around the High Sierra 1500 front fenders emblems, I will purchase them from you I've been looking to purchase for my 86 GMC 1500
I am a GM man my self👊
Awesome! We like 'em all, but c10s are certainly our thing.
Nothing like a old square body truck or car
Completely agree!
Damn I wanna help you guys
When you guys go to buy another truck on average what would you spend on a truck that needs alot of work??
That completely depends. If it's not running or simply a roller, I like to be in that $2-$3k range. Sometimes that works out, sometimes it doesn't. Too many variables to really say.
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS thanks for the insight
Subscribed. Cool channel
Thanks! Really appreciate that.
Can't have enough c10s
My motto everyday.
I have a 84 c10 with a 355
Sweet!
I have got a question I have a 1968c10 V8 what moter comes in this model its a heavy half sixlug
It's likely a 305v6 but could be a typical sbc
Need to get that stuff off the ground nice stuff though
Hey you guys wouldn't happen to have a 68 Stepside would you?
Probably got enough parts to put one together, but, no, not one complete right now.
@@UNITEDBYTRUCKS yeah it looks like you got quite the collection there.
Man that chevelle
Yup, it's so cool.

That's awesome and exactly why we keep them around!
What size rim and tires are on rhonda?
they are 18x8 and 18x10 AR TTIIs. Tires are 245/45/18 on front and 275/40/18 on rear. I would recommend a 295/45/18 tire rear with 18x10.
what is the tire rim set up on ronda
Hmmmm i think it was 18x8 up front and 18x10 in rear. Can't remember tire sizes unfortunately. There's a video where we swap the wheels and it has all the specs. Wheels and tires are long gone.
I got an idea take one of them trucks without a body put a cab on it with junk parts flat bed junk engine junk rims basically a farm truck just an idea 😂
Great idea
Look up fatboys diecast on Facebook for your hotwheel/diecast fix....c10s are hot on there right now.
Will do!

Question : does patina get clear coated????????
Not at the truck farm or on UBT
Want to sell a 72 and a short bed
Hey united by trucks I need a steering column for a 1982 GMC c2500 if u have anything I will definitely send the money pls🤞thks
