      Have to disagree here David! If used properly, the gym can be a nice tool that can further enhance your performance, no matter if you’re in a club or not.

    Hello, when do you suggest is the latest before a match we should eat? And, is there anything during the match that would be beneficial? Thanks :)

      Trust me do this
      Eat this lunch 1 - 2 hours before the match and in the 2nd leg go for a banana and 1-3 dates❤
