Thank you so much! I accidentally threw the instructions away. I didn't realize they were on the back of the label. I saw all of the parts I had to assemble and was like, uh oh! I was looking for instructions online and came across your video.
Mine came with the handles already on, but this video helped me put together the other parts! 5 stars! I've been dragging my feet to put it together. Now it's completely done and works perfectly. 👍👍👍👍

I had so much trouble with the cotter pins. This video really helped me assemble the Mainstays Adjustable Utility/Shopping Cart I just got. Mainstay's instruction is not so good or clear when it came to the cotter pins. I never even heard of a cotter pin until now. One more thing, the entire experience with the cotter pins has me traumatized.

I know what you mean. LOL. I don't do well with written instrutions anyway. I am a visual person and this is just what I needed. No silly chatter, just simple gestures to get the job done~

I have both the Hereinway carts. They are easy to assemble, so wonderful to use. The stair climbing wheels are outstanding and make shopping a breeze. I live 6 steps up and these carts have saved my life. Thank you.

yeah! it is pretty stable. I don't know the exact load capacity but it is still holding strong after a year or so.
