It might just be me, but when I provide a lighting budget, I anticipate the designer to earnestly adhere to it, rather than finding amusement in exceeding it before reaching even the halfway mark of the project. Additionally, when faced with challenges in selecting items towards the project's conclusion, I believe the decision should ultimately be mine, considering it's my house and my money. Lastly, purchasing locally is advantageous in various aspects.
