@GuitarraTV It's a little clunky the way they have it set up, but when you rollover on the cc you will choose "Translate Captions" Beta, it seems that the cc has to be red to get the rollover. Click on the "Translate Captions" Beta and then you can choose many languages. We put the captions up so that this youtube option will work on all of the videos and many languages can enjoy them. Thanks!
@GuitarraTV We appreciate the suggestion and I will definitely pass it along. TH-cam has added in a google translate feature that we give a transcript to and it is able to translate in all different languages. Would like to hear from you on how it does? If you click on the "cc" and rollover and choose "Translate Captions" you can choose any language. Thanks!
@trialjeff Hey! The VDI (Variax Digital Interface) cable carries all the signal to the HD500 The last demo in the upcoming third video is using the Variax via VDI, but only using the pickups to demonstrate exactly what you asked:) The acoustic sounds are Variax not piezo driven, and are REALLY good. There is a Variax banjo clip that did not make it to the videos that was a hoot. Cheers ~ Doug
@hamzabinamin123 you'd connect the JTV to the guitar input or Variax input of the POD, and then come out of one of the 1/4" analog outputs on the POD to the guitar input on your Spider. If you set the Spider to a clean tone it should sound fine.
Hey Roland - I was just using a pair of M-Audio monitors to hear the acoustic in the second video in the series. We kept them in the shots so gear did not mysteriously appear and disappear. That said, the LT2s are AWESOME for the HD500/HD500X. Cheers ~ Doug;)
@jagjaghuh I agree, I speak a little bit of English, but I also suggest to the bigger brands that sells millons of amps like line 6 should worry about all their customers...
Really wish they’d partner up with another guitar manufacturer like Schecter... The idea is awesome and the tones are great but the guitars are just crap... Very expensive crap. They just feel cheap and the action is just not right.... Even with a good setup they just don’t feel right...

Actually very cool! Can't wait to get an HD500!

I already know that all these settings can be done - I want/need to be shown how to set them up
Hi Doug, What beautiful sounds! Did you spend your presets on the Line 6 website and what is your username there to find them ? ;-) Thank you
cool sound which active fullrange do you use for the acoustic, and do you use the dt50 for the overdriven sounds or comes it from the fullrange system
I have the HD300....how is it possible to send data from the Variax using an analog guitar cable ?
The forums and manuals are really helpful but some video explaining some of the settings/connections would make things clearer for newbies
Are those standard riffs you're playing, or parts of actual songs?
@zedchuva the X3 Live will control the JTV just like the HD500.
Does that guitar work with amps that are not line 6 made?
@line6movies Unfortunately the only available languages for CC are German and French....
@charlieplatnum They're all original riffs that Doug wrote for each tone.
how can i connect it to line 6 spider 4 15w amp? and how will it sound through the amp?
nice licks
What frfr's are being used in this video?
