i think a cool idea for new characters could be: somehow sam finds out there’s some sort of event or ski trip near or at where the events of the first game took place (maybe a relative? or maybe her curse makes her a human totem pole where she has premonitions of what could go wrong) and her and mike have to go back to rescue/warn the new blood before it’s too late. idk just a concept to work with
@@HOGuru I am curious what they will do with Josh because if he is now the vessel of Wendigo king/Alpha and he’s been so for atleast 10 years it would be a good way to get round Rami Malek if he’s in a monstrous form with maybe his eyes or clothing (what’s left of it) to give it away like you said Then again if we never see him as a person does it rob it of emotional weight…because then it’s not Josh …it’s the lead wendigo moving his body around So maybe they will work out a deal with malek even if it’s a small role
@@HOGuru Maybe, but I know he and Sam could be the only ones, and maybe Dr Hill, but we have no idea until something comes out, but I think a new game would be interesting.
if they are gonna make until dawn two, i think they should have all the choices you made from the previous game be transferred to the second game, kind of like telltale from the walking dead series
Isn't the canon ending them all surviving? Because the only way you can get the new secret ending of Josh surviving is if everyone else in the group lives. Imo I'd love a second game with all of the OG 8 main characters retuning. But trust me I know it's unlikely.
i think having other characters in the sequel could work if dr hill or someone ask sam is she is the only survivor or not and we have the option to have everyone survived, some survived or sam is the only survivor
The problem there is that it exponentially increases the amount of work the developers have to do, since you'd need alternate dialogue, and even character appearances, for all of those options.
I assumed it was Sam hallucinating, though i'm not sure if it's because she's having PTSD or the spirit of the wendigo has followed her. Either way, i wouldn't be surprised if the dr. Hill's segments will have Sam as the patient.
It's possible that it's a hallucination, but the fact that she's able to wipe the blood away with a tissue suggests it might be real. They can easily play it either way in the actual game - nothing has been committed to here.
@@HOGuruI did always find it strange that the games lore set up the death of the wendigos as a negative. With what they stated and the way they framed the souls flying around. So this could finally be that plot line.
I really do hope that they don't make it so that the dog can die. If I remember correctly, the dog from The Devil in Me couldn't die, so hopefully this dog will also make it through the game
Making Dr Hill the throughline for an Until Dawn franchise could work, I guess. It helps that Peter Stormare is probably about as famous as he's going to get, so they're never likely to find themselves suddenly unable to afford him (re your Rami Malek comment) - and I think that's part of the reason we're not getting a straight adaptation of the game into the movie either. And of course, he's the one character in UD who is 100% guaranteed not to die.
It would be interested in the therapist with Sam’s father. The reason why she didn’t know Josh was her dad’s Patient was because of doctor patient rules or it was done in secret
That probably when sam was trying to escape from the wendigo end the game but i don't thanks true or maybe gotta be like something about the miner company bullshit
What do you guys think Dr. Hill will do in Until Dawn 2? Why did he come to Sam?

I believe she could be hallucinating or just having a nightmare (she does have PTSD).
If he was her therapist,… it would make sense because the Washingtons could have set them up
Given her feelings about Josh, that would make a bunch of sense.

I just wanna see jess or jess reference in the next game
Yeah especially to see how she looks with now her face having so much scars
Hoping it'll be like Telltale games where your choices affect the next game
Maybe the wound is symbolic to how she is still not over what happened years ago? A wound still open and not healing..
You're right, the wound is a physical metaphor for her emotional trauma - but we need to know what it literally means in the story...
The wound and Dr. Hill are all in Sam’s mind. She is the next Josh.
I thought the cut on Sam’s arm was in the shape of a totem pole, with the cut going diagonally at the bottom being the mountain.
I can see the shape you're talking about!
In the Josh-Wendigo-Scene: Who is that body without a foot? Is that new? Cant remember anyone like that
in the game mike said he saw a mark on the miners arms and they were turning into wendigos. so thats my theory.
Mike might show up as he was hard to kill as well.
He was, and it would be nice to see him, but that gets even closer to the kind of 'official ending' the fans don't want.
@@HOGuru Maybe, but I know he and Sam could be the only ones, and maybe Dr Hill, but we have no idea until something comes out, but I think a new game would be interesting.
I had to itch and he died from me failing that one "don't move" event.. more my fault but

What if Sam's injury is a symbol from some type of mythology?
I think Sam is becoming the next Josh? Did you see Butterfly Effect Podcasts newest video?
She's obviously spent more time obsessing over this than Josh did over his dead sisters!
@@HOGuru LOL savage! Careful Josh is a wendigo now. XD

Heck don’t leave your dog outside at night full stop you can train them to be indoors dogs you can even train them to use litter trays.
Also having that dog in her room would 100% help her sleep better.
Hopefully they use fixed camera angels like in the original game
I'll be interested to see what they decide on.

Tragically, the dog in DIM can die, but hopefully Sony doesn't do that as well!

10 years ago?! I am and old bag. :-(
i dont understand why it should be dr hill (even tho its official now i guess) like they never met before, even at all?

If they wanted to add an injury during the chase, they probably should have done that :)
