Ola Steve, Lorna and Chancer. Just a heads up, Caemes bay never had pay and display meters. During holiday season, you pay at the cafe hut. When the hut is closed, the carpark is free. In regard to overnight parking on Caemes, there is a reason why its now banned. A small minority of van lifers left their rubbish regularly despite there being bins around.and emptied their chemical cassettes down the toilets leaving them in a disgusting state. Yet again, a small minority ruined things for those of us who respect the areas we stopped. I do love it there and just as Crosby is, Caemes was my chill place in Angelsey. I enjoyed seeing many of the paces on my old stomping ground. Might go back in Viv one of these days and bmble there again. Great video and thanks for some happy memories. Much respect🙏- Kenny
Hi buddy I did wonder why the tone of the signs was so abrupt and the amount of yellow lines was way over the top, thanks for the info, typically a small minority ruin it for everyone. I’m going to pin your comment, take care buddy and safe travels 🇺🇸👊👍🏴🚌
Anglesey is not like Scotland ( I live here) Camping on roadsides etc is not the same . I have a Caravan and use local sites. It helps our economy . We are very friendly people but do not appreciate those who don’t respect our landscape. South Stack .. no overnight camping actually . We have Birdlife to protect there . Hence the RSPB being there . There have been issues. We respect everyone is not the same, but issues we don’t need as our Island is beautiful and has been for thousands of years. Let’s keep it like that . There are plenty of sites scattered around to use. Croeso .. welcome .
Great video Steve and Lorna great to see your views have gone up you work hard to bring a lovely vlog for us. Love the lovely boats cheered Graham up. ❤ ⛵️⚓️⛵️⚓️ xxx
Thanks Wendy it’s surprising what a title can do, little bit less disheartening after this one, glad you both enjoyed it, take care hun xxxx 🙏👊👍🏴🚌
Hello, what a lovely trip to Anglesey , loved the bell on the beach. Lovely rocky beach. Church Bay well the view over the cliff top was amazing. Glad you had a lovely day xx Julie and Tonyx
Hi guys it was a lovely day out, Anglesey has become a firm favourite now, hope you are both doing well and enjoying yourself. Safe travels 🙏👊👍🚌🏴
Hello folks, enjoy your vlog. 🇺🇸🇬🇧🐕🦺🐾🐶🏴🏴🏴love the coast line just breath taking. Glad they like there crabs!!! 🦀 funny sign for crabs. 👍
Beautiful places. It looks so wonderful up there. We’ve only ever been to Anglesey once - a few years back - it’s the bit at the bottom where you haven’t been. It’s beautiful- amazing views over the Snowdonia range. Plus a cool little aquarium there too. Safe travels you two We just booked onto Noyadd Farm. Did a search and couldn’t believe it’s that one you stayed on near Builth Wells. Looking forward to that. 👍👍
Hi Steve, I said to Wendy there’s a bell on the beach and Steve’s not mentioned it. I jumped the gun there mate thankfully 😂😂😂😂😂 lovely ride round and fantastic scenery. Yes we love to see the boats mate👌👍 lovely harbour as well. Hope the bruising has gone down Lorna. 👋👋👋👋👍
We thought you’d like this one mate, pretty place just not very tourist friendly lol, those bells are a good idea 👍 bruising gone take care you two 👊👍🙏🥰🏴🚌
I'm sure Stephen stayed there when he stayed on Anglesey. Cracking moody looking sky there, it looks great. Is that one of those Tide and Time Bells? Or is it Time and Tide lol, I forget. There's one in Mablethorpe and one in Appledore. I love little harbours, they just seem so olde worlde to me. Anglesey is such a lovely place.
Hi Helen I’m not sure either lol, apparently it’s very anti van because of problems caused by vanlifer, one of our subscribers tells me, Anglesey has become my favourite place in Wales now, really enjoyed it there. Hope you are all safe and well 🙏👍👊🚌🏴
@@wanderingbychoice we're OK. Back at the kids now. Real life like doctors and hospital appointments getting in the way. Glad the rains done one for now though. Hope you're having a dry time in Cheshire lol.
@roaminginraymond we moved on to Shropshire yesterday, couldn’t wait to leave, so much flooding everywhere, walking in mud all the time, site was horrible and the worst potholes so far, went to Chester which was nice though, hope you get all sorted soon, 🤞🙏👊👍🚌🏴
The parking ticket when we were there. Was purchased from a small cafe, coffee place on left hand side S you drive down into car park. Looks like a shed. George
Thanks guys must close for winter, apparently they had a lot of problems with litter and people emptying cassettes, hence the very over the top signage, spoilt by idiots as usual, lovely coastline, church bay was stunning 🙏👊👍🏴🚌
Oh I see thank you, I thought I had got it wrong, next time we will revisit, you live on a beautiful island, one we shall always remember. Safe travels 🙏👊👍🚌🏴
Try this 4.3-km circular trail near Amlwch, Anglesey. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 3 min to complete. Parys Mountain Extended Circular, Anglesey. Known as Copper Mountain. George
Hi Hazel funnily enough new borough is our next video when I finish editing it, we had a Quick Look at moelfre but couldn’t stop, loved newborough though..🙏👊👍🏴🚌
A lot of van life people, do not understand the laws of the road in this country. Being "asleep in charge of a vehicle" is an offence anywhere other than private land.
Hi thanks for the info, just wondering why you can sleep in lay-bys I’ve never heard of that law as an ex trucker, not saying you’re wrong but just not heard of it, 🙏👍👊🏴🚌
Absolute rubbish. As long as you're not on private land, parked legally ( IE, not obstructing, not double yellow lines, etc) and not drunk, you can sleep where you like.
