Once you get over the "wow another games on the dreamcast!" the nostalgia dies leaving you with a really tedious racing game. Might be just able passable in the arcades nut on home console, definitely not. Go back to Spirit of Speed folks, there's nothing to see here.
hmm...there are so much better racing games on dreamcast than Spirit of Speed as Tokyo xtreme racer 1&2, Test Drive Le Mans, MSR, Daytona even Speed Devils or Vanishing Point... but I agree with you about this game, in a first view looks cool, but when you play it you notice that there are many points to improve to consider it a good game.
I just played every stage of it on Flycast and found it a pretty shallow and tedious game. Looks nice but that's about it. After about 5 tracks, I started to say to myself "Why am I wasting my Saturday on this when I could be playing NFS Underground or Midnight Club 3?"
Never see this game … looks awesome
That definitely explains the lightning boost of F-Zero GX because Sega helped make that game.
Hey i have questions what did you do to play this? On my gdemu i only see unsupported disc and i didnt found any solution so far
Dreamshell or burn the game
Wish they used this fake reflections in sega gt game, because its clearly the same engine, even some sound effects are same of sega gt 😂

@@EduarDoomX the Spirit of Speed mention was a joke, a very long running one from the Dreamcast Junkyard pod.

@@MetalJody1990 yup. If this was in the arcade you'd put a couple of pounds in and then swiftly move on.
I think this game is awsome. I have a reproduction copy. The graphics are really nice too
