They'd get more money publishing the games on the eShop for the Switch, and then when next gen console gets released they charge you again for playing the same game on a newer console (as they have always done).
Maybe in 20 years they release some kind of "Wii classic" with 20 preloaded games, kinda like NES Classic, but it wouldn't be a handheld
