When I mentioned White Hair Isagi being in chapter 1 of the manga, I wasn't talking about the TV part. Assuming that the comment that you were talking about in the vid was mine referencing it. It was when Ego Jinpachi talked about egoism to the 300 strikers and it was shown a figure standing atop of 299 corpses with white hair and black sclera eyes. We can even see Isagi's hair turning white in the same panel as a parallel, given the placement of the images. Isagi's originality lies in his ability to devour in more ways than one. In order to survive Blue Lock, he devoured Ego Jinpachi's lessons and as a result he turned his own 0 into a 1, that 1 being his "Puzzle Pieces"/Adaptability and as he destroyed himself over and over, he would always return to 1 into a better 100, but never 0. That 0 would be, before Blue Lock, before his Puzzle Pieces that resemble isolated and restricted rationality. I would like to note that, Isagi, before arriving at the extreme rational playstyle that we have today, did a lot of things instinctively back at the beginning, even ending up having his first weapon called "smelling goals" before even knowing what that even is. For me, the story of Blue Lock, was always a story of self discovery, and I've been saying this so much already that those that have seen them are probably tired of me 😅 However, there is a reason for me having to state that and it has to do with a lot of people sticking to the story/message of the MC being an average person that got so far with just a change in mentality. I can respect that, but it's simply not true even without my say in it. He is not an average joe and even if he was, he is certainly not anymore. Talented learners/Prodigies vs Instinctive Players/Geniuses. We come to understand now that these are the two types of players, those who play rationally (Prodigies) and those who play selfishly and instinctively (Geniuses). However, the world isn't as simple nor as fair as that. There is no rule stating that one person can only be one or the other, a Prodigy or a Genius. Players such as Rin, who at first, in retrospect, played like a prodigy, turned out much later to be a Genius when he played selfishly, strictly adhering to his own original ego that came to be when he was a child. Now if Rin was able to play like that, being able to strategize and predict the future of the field, there is potential for growth. The fact that he was able to copy Sae even if it was worse and shoot with his left and was able to sync up with Sae's thought process speaks volumes of his learning talent. I've said it before, in the other video, but to make it even more apparent, I will say that I believe that Isagi, Rin and Noa so far, are the only special cases of possessing both types of talent. (I won't include Snuffy here, for we have less information about him to work with, but the potential is there) I talked before about the hypothetical of how Ego and Noa's rivalry ended, but now I want to pose another question. Why was Isagi so different during Manshine when he first unlocked Metavision and then seemed to be more inclined towards extreme rationality? Allow me to guide you to my answer, perhaps one of many. Remember the way Isagi spoke to Kunigami when his goal was stolen? Remember how he thought of it (Metavision) and of himself much later. Or how he was able to detect and block Chris Prince's unpredictable shot without even looking at the ball? Now, for the final nail... remember what Noa's advice was to isagi when he allied himself with him? Yes, that limited Isagi to rationality as well as his creativity. It could be that his ego lies there, in his desire of transcendence. That could be why his Aura makes his hair turn white. Do note that his hair turned white during Manshine too when he was storming the field with Kurona.
Man it was your comment I tried to find it too. As for Isagi what you said makes sense in terms of his desire of transcendence. Im just thinking of what weapon he could create from that
@@KiiNGKhyy Well, I did have a dream in the past that I posted on a discord server before, like a year ago, almost 2 years now I think. But in that dream of mine, Isagi's Puzzle Pieces faded to white and stole Rin's game ending shot with a sliding tackle and began dribbling on his own with an emotionless expression. The dribble itself was something rather weird to explain given how it looked, but in essence, he was orbitting around the ball in an off the ball type of way, slightly altering the path of the ball and nutmegging people effortlessly without even turning his head to see incoming defenders or the entire field. He was moving as if he knew what was going to happen and when. It came to a climax when Rin was rushing to cut him off and was standing in front of him ready to stop him. However, due to Rin just turning his head to face Isagi better, the ball was already shot through that tiny gap of space that got created by Rin just moving his head and thus scoring the game winning goal. It ended with Isagi being shocked about it all, but dissatisfied with the goal because he thought he won't be able to recreate it. My dreams rarely ever come true. I wish though, I have been waiting a long time for this and even if it won't come true, as long as it's something close to the hype that I felt after that dream, I would be more than satisfied.
Yeah that white hair and no puzzles around his body are the perfect example of him destroying himself and everything he has to build himself for the final time and we will probably new puzzle pieces forming this new rebuilt isagi who will finish pxg and be the number 1 player in blue lock

Maybe isagis ego is having no ego. When a striker finds their true ego they basically become a perfect version of yourself but the thing about being perfect is you cant improve it.If isagi never is perfect he can keep on improving which is in line with his theme of being a adapting player
I think Isagi's ego was also referenced back to his first goal in the blue lock program. He mentioned how cathartic the feeling was of being the one to crush another person's dream of playing soccer, and even prior to that the look on his face when he hungered to go for the best guy in the room rather than the weakest link. You can even see the look on Ego's face when he saw Isagi hover over Nikko in complete elation from his victory. I think Isagi's true ego is " the hero crusher". Whether it be his opponents or even his own teammates, he gets a high off knowing he stole another player's moment to become the hero of the match and then take it for himself.
I agree with you!! I feel like during when he was making a "devil's contract" with Kaiser, he was once more just as much selling his capacities short and trapping himself as seen by the puzzle cube slowly being sealed up, under the notions of "embracing" some sort of role of "I'm an average nobody that can only win as a pure Talented Learner" for him to prevail when he has shown multiple times to be able to trust his own instinctive plays, like the other top comment said he's restricting himself way too much imo into the ego style compass, when he should also understand that just like himself, even Kaiser has uncopy-able genius abilities. I really pray for my boy hard to dig deeper into his ego in the same way as the match continued rin dug deeper into his ego in the near future, to return to his former brilliance he had during Manshine, end of Ubers and when he did the two gun compared to his current way of self
Well remember noel noa what he said we maybe opened the door to isagi's ego and kaiser also talk about it so maybe he didn't yet unlocked his original ego 100% but what we witnessing now is the beginning Imo
Real talk people need to reread the manga because Isagi’s original ego was only awakened after he came to Blue Lock and was revealed early in the 2nd selection to be “devour”. Isagi adapts to chaos on the field, his performance, and the performance of his teammates with his puzzle mind and eyes to “win with his own goal.” That is his main weapon, and this original ability to “devour” created by Isagi in the 2v2 leads to all his other abilities like direct shot, off ball, two gun, metavision, luck, etc. It can be confusing because “devour” is a meta-weapon- an ability composed of other abilities. It’s like copy but more powerful because of Isagi’s special adaptation factor. Look at how Isagi adapted his direct shot by “devouring” Nagi’s juggling shot- he didn’t do exactly what Nagi did- he took part of what Nagi could do and fused it with his own skillset to create something new on some vegeta+goku=Gogeta type vibe. Then we saw his puzzle aura create a new weapon we never seen before: two guns. Hiori says Isagi’s greatest weapon is his unhinged ability to “devour” (Ch 234). Also ironically other people have tried to copy Isagi’s “devour” ability, starting with Naruhaya, later Barou, and even Kaiser, to varying degrees of success, but they are not as good at it because it isn’t original to them. ALSO, “devour” goes deeper than an ability. It is a philosophy of opportunism and making the most of your chances. It’s the idea that you should hide behind nothing and value every thing, every experience, and everyone at your disposal to become the best. Another way i could describe it is that Isagi is a genius “talented learner” , which is the genius of adaptability. Get it?
I think Isagi and Nagi will both reach their true egos in their final matches in the NEL and create a new dynamic for their rivalry. Maybe they’ll both have the same true ego, maybe they’ll have the opposite, or maybe they’ll have parallel egos.
The way you mention kaneki, if you watched tokyo ghoul you will remember that kaneki accepted his ghoul side that made his white hair this scenario might be like isagi he might accept his original/true ego
I think it wouldn't even be suprising if Isagi actually abandons/surpasses his "original Ego" for something more efficient. While other characters have their "existential crisis moment" every 40 chapters or so, Isagi is "destroying and rebuilding" himself basically every match. I don't think he would be statisfied with being the ideal version of his past self; he probably will never be statisfied
isagi’s true ego isn’t winning at all costs. in the first match of the series against kira, he would’ve tied the match if he shot and scored. so a win to him was scoring goals not letting his teammates score the final goal
seems like ego want isagi to do what he couldnt and ego understands what makes a ego grow to fly all the way to zero just like he said in the first time we meet him football at zero for ur ego to grow
There is multiple panels of isagi having white hair in the manga, like 182 and 218 (I can’t be bothered to find more). It’s usually when he is processing and inputting new information
I think his original ego is pretty simple ever since childhood, Isagi idolized Noa, who was BETTER than everyone else. I think Isagi just wants to be BETTER than everyone else. Just be the BEST
I have theory that not only is he a Self Type Ego but he’s a Genius X Talented Learner. He has the genius talent of immense special awareness to the point he could tell as a baby it would soon rain. If he can somehow hone in on that it would be like a mix of Shidou, Kaiser’s Eye/Mind work, and his Direct Shot.
Iirc meta burst point is just a part of metavision everyone with metavision can do it, it isnt a weapon its a natural part of metavision a thing that occurs on the field that metavision users can see. Or in non delusional terms meta burst points are just important times when you're scanning the field
Yall keep forgetting that his ego is whatever it takes. He will destroy himself and reimagine himself as many times as it takes in order to be THE best
Idk why no one pointed this out yet, but when he was thinking about his original Ego after the U-20 match and after he stopped rin's goal with Kaiser in the latest chapter, Isagi talked about how his actions "changed the world". I think his ego could be about how he can change the world and being the world's best Striker is the way he found to do It due to admiring Noa. That goes in line withs his corrent thought proccess of winning at all costs but not quite there yet, as he knows he wants to Win but no why
Since kid Isagi had borderline super human spacial awareness/ eye sight... when he awakens he might just awaken a Byakugan and dribble without worries of anyone stealing the ball without him seeing. Same for passes and shoots.
I think we will also see nagi's originality very soon he's lost his hunger after beating isagi in the manshine match and I think in the match against barcha he will gain his original ego
BROOO that's crazyy. This series is the best. Maybe he's forgotten how to play with freedom. How can he merge free playing style with his spaciall awareness
A crazy original special move could be mindgames/absolute reads of the opponent. In the same crazy style as Rin, imagine if he just passes to the other team and instantly reads their next play instead of him having to create a play. It's too unrealistic and nonsensical to actually be in the story but it would be wild af. The ego linked to that skill might be an absolute love of competition like noa.
Thats his ego type but thats not his original ego. His original ego is something that only he has like how rin has his destroyer ego and kaiser has his love ego
Compare isagi to odin in norse mythology. odin was willing to sacrifice whatever he could to gain more knowledge and achieve victory(current isagi). Due to his wisdom, he could see into the future(meta vision). Since he was a war god, he could enhance the fighting capabilities of those he selected for them to achieve victory. Isagi has done this same exact thing the entire series with everyone he has played with. All for the sake of winning. The weapon that odin is known for having is a spear called Gungir that never misses. The kaiser impact is something that teams struggle with dealing with due to metavision foresight and his insanely fast swing. Isagi's ultimate weapon will be a shot that is completely unavoidable due to his ego combined with this unrestricted metavision.
ok hear me out. what if isagi orgin ego is that he can change his ego type because i came to this due to his flow state making him white and being instinctive like a genius
Shot in the dark, Everyone up to this point in some way is a better isagi, Especially Kaiser and Rin. But to me i think sae is a hint towards isagi's true ego, sae used to persue being a striker right? But as we see his skills were elevated in the position of midfielder, and he supposedly lacks that "striker intuition" given his lack of understanding when rin expalined his shooting process of "danger zones". And that isagi despite being on track as a striker seemingly has the same effect on teams that sae does were each play brings out somthing in some one. To the point were barou was only given the order to hunt isagi. Ego seems to know that isagi needs fire under his ass to be in top form. Compile that with his desire TO LEAD japan to the cup and i think isagi's next stage kf development is as a hyper offensive midlfielder controling the flow of the game much like sae. But were sae failed isagi ignites peoples evolution taking all the spoils for himself.
i think he is in instinctual beast. like i did amazing but as he was taught more he lost that. his whole deal currently is forcing his brain and eyes to learn and copy but i think he has to do the opposite and go zen, his brain and eyes can keep up but he is constantly second guessing himself and with high anxiety
Easy .. isagi = originally will be ball manipulation bending his direct shot to HIS WILL his VISON HIS … Goal Proof?… the clue is in the first panel on the Manga and anime , isagi LITERALLY HAS THE BALL
I could be wrong but I thought Isagi’s ability was making whoever on the field wanting to be his rival and when they are that trance Isagi can predict anything

Here's one more who do you think will be the better player in the future and who'll be the better striker at their prime give me reasons for both points🔥 Prime Rin😎⚽(Genius Vision Intelligence Dribbling+Skills Passing Crossing Shooting Free kicks and Technique mastered plus his perfect kick accuracy speed strength Goals+Assists being a playmaker and having a good defence) Or Prime Nagi🔥✨(Genius His Talent Creativity and monster ego unlocked flexibility reflexes jumping his versatility(can even play GK) his unbelievable shooting amazing goals being a playmaker and does his own dribbles and skills and has the best ball control and trapping)
Id have to pick nagi here. Nagi has the most insane creativity out of anyone in blue lock shown. And he has the ability to control the football 100% how he wants it. Rin is more likely to score when he has the ball, but he can get countered from his own mental drama that he has going on, with isagi and sae. So people like isagi can take advantage of it, to trick him into doing stuff and take the ball off. I think if rin were able to play at his level but not be read by his emotions than he becomes a real monster and could be better than a prime nagi.

It’s the idea that you should hide behind nothing and value every thing, every experience, and everyone at your disposal to become the best.
Another way i could describe it is that Isagi is a genius “talented learner” , which is the genius of adaptability. Get it?
puzzle pieces = board GAME Issagi wanted to beat SOCCER the game as he scores the final goal in u20 world cup for sure
I think Isagi and Nagi will both reach their true egos in their final matches in the NEL and create a new dynamic for their rivalry. Maybe they’ll both have the same true ego, maybe they’ll have the opposite, or maybe they’ll have parallel egos.
The way you mention kaneki, if you watched tokyo ghoul you will remember that kaneki accepted his ghoul side that made his white hair this scenario might be like isagi he might accept his original/true ego
what is the pieces of the puzzle isn’t falling into place… but the pieces are breaking free to show that he’s slowly unraveling his original ego…..
Good video, keep it up
Thanks !
seems like ego want isagi to do what he couldnt and ego understands what makes a ego grow to fly all the way to zero just like he said in the first time we meet him football at zero for ur ego to grow
There is multiple panels of isagi having white hair in the manga, like 182 and 218 (I can’t be bothered to find more). It’s usually when he is processing and inputting new information
I think his original ego is pretty simple
ever since childhood, Isagi idolized Noa, who was BETTER than everyone else.
I think Isagi just wants to be BETTER than everyone else.
Just be the BEST
That's what ego means.. I think he just doesn't know how to be an egoistic
The white hair as a child is the glare from the tv.
Isagi has found his orginal ego he wanted to win or let’s say he wanted to score the goal for his team that’s his ego as a striker.
9:30 Wasn't meta burst point an original weapon he created after realizing about metavision?
Nice vid, there's something off about the audio but it's not that bad. I was able to watch the entire vid
thanks! what was the main issue you had? I want to know for further videos
Remember when he could initially smell a goal? Maybe that’ll come back
Since kid Isagi had borderline super human spacial awareness/ eye sight... when he awakens he might just awaken a Byakugan and dribble without worries of anyone stealing the ball without him seeing.
Same for passes and shoots.
I think we will also see nagi's originality very soon he's lost his hunger after beating isagi in the manshine match and I think in the match against barcha he will gain his original ego
hold up there’s a blue lock light novel?
Yea but its not long
Im edging so hard to my goat 🐐 isagi rn 🔥❗💯🔥
BROOO that's crazyy. This series is the best. Maybe he's forgotten how to play with freedom. How can he merge free playing style with his spaciall awareness
A crazy original special move could be mindgames/absolute reads of the opponent. In the same crazy style as Rin, imagine if he just passes to the other team and instantly reads their next play instead of him having to create a play. It's too unrealistic and nonsensical to actually be in the story but it would be wild af. The ego linked to that skill might be an absolute love of competition like noa.
Idk if I'm tripping or what but his ego type is world type freedom ego. Didn't they just talk about this a few chapter ago?
Isagi also has a small rivalry with loki. I can see something crazy happened the next game in the u20 world cup.
His ego is feeding on the ego on others
Lets put it this way every team needs an "Isagi" but a team of just Isagis is as stupid as a team of just strikers sounds but Bluelock did win😄
We do see the white hair in the anime only one place which is in the Season 1 1st opening
ok hear me out. what if isagi orgin ego is that he can change his ego type because i came to this due to his flow state making him white and being instinctive like a genius
Kinda hard considering theres really only two ego types
@@KiiNGKhyy i was thinking as it like an ability or wepon that he can use in a game
@@juliussam2107 oh ok gotcha yea that could work aswell depending on how he does it
fax isagi has to go back to his childhood desires
Isagi's going to be the best player and striker in history at the end of the series🔥🧠⚽😎(Noa x Snuffy)
When isagi unlock his true ego, that's when they see that isagi is meant to be the striker for japan
Shot in the dark,
Everyone up to this point in some way is a better isagi, Especially Kaiser and Rin.
Direct impact?
Hear me out his original ego is him knowing he's the Mc of blue lock that's all he got the ultimate skill the author's mind and prespective
Easy .. isagi = originally will be ball manipulation bending his direct shot to HIS WILL his VISON HIS … Goal
Proof?… the clue is in the first panel on the Manga and anime , isagi LITERALLY HAS THE BALL
shit, he might be onto something
wasnt his direct shot kinda what made him turn a zero in a one
I could be wrong but I thought Isagi’s ability was making whoever on the field wanting to be his rival and when they are that trance Isagi can predict anything
i think isagi just seemed to have white hair because the tv s light make them look white, nothing more
I think his hair was white bc of the tv
Aiku🧠🔥💪🏼 will probably be the best Defender in history he's aiming for that plus he use to be a striker his going to be so broken at the end of the series
Who do u think will win in a 1vs1 between a prime Isagi vs a prime Aiku😉
Isagi
issage has the 2 gun whatever thing as his special shot wym he has nothing?
He copied that from Nagi thats not his own creativity
and for using both legs he got that kunigami, thats also not his own creativty
@@KiiNGKhyy Combining the two is his own creativity, something nagi nor kuni have done
@@reinaldomartinez13 Still to be able to get to his orignal ego he needs his own weapon formed from himself not an invention of a genius and a talented learner. Something that wasnt a version of someone else
Here's one more who do you think will be the better player in the future and who'll be the better striker at their prime give me reasons for both points🔥
Prime Rin😎⚽(Genius
Vision Intelligence Dribbling+Skills Passing Crossing Shooting Free kicks and Technique mastered plus his perfect kick accuracy speed strength Goals+Assists being a playmaker and having a good defence)
Or
Prime Nagi🔥✨(Genius
His Talent Creativity and monster ego unlocked flexibility reflexes jumping his versatility(can even play GK) his unbelievable shooting amazing goals being a playmaker and does his own dribbles and skills and has the best ball control and trapping)
Rin will def still be at the end of the manga
@The_Y_Guy-j2u give me reasons for your answer please🔥👍🏻 btw who's your favourite player and Y
Also* not really rins emotions, but being able to read his ego. Isagi has done that so far and was able to stop him from scoring
@erno6155 give me reasons for your point please🔥 Y do u think a prime Rin can better than Nagi
Ok
❤
I agree 😂
Do a Nagi video.
about what
@KiiNGKhyy nagi true ego
we see nagi full ego in chapter 247
Is two state of nagi, passive state and active state
We see half of nagi ego
Yo king who do u think will be the better PLAYER in the future based on FULL POTENTIAL and who'll be the better STRIKER/NO9 Imagine then at their prime The Emperor Kaiser and The King Barou
Even though I really like the king im choosing kaiser🔥🧠⚽😎(Isagi 2.0)
Kaiser
@KiiNGKhyy between him and Barou
Give me 3 reasons for your pick please 🔥👍🏻
Because Barou is insane too and his potential as a pure No9 is 🔥😎💪🏼
@@CorbinKettledas-b7u has predator eye that is better than barou
Kaiser impact is better than barous kicks
Kaiser has metavision
@@KiiNGKhyy 👍🏻
You guys in the comments who do u think will be closer to the title of best player in the world at the EOS imagine them both at their prime
Prime Sae⚽😎🧠🔥(Vision IQ Dribbling+Skills Passing Crossing Shooting Free kicks and Technique mastered plus his perfect kick accuracy while also scoring great goals and making way more assists plus a good defence) I believe that Sae will become the best midfielder in history😎
Or
Prime Loki🔥⚽✨😎(his unbeatable speed stamina agility endurance
Dribbling+Skills+Shooting mastered Strength Scoring too many goals and making tons of assists plus having a great defence)
We are yet to find out his reason for playing football
