- In this video, I show you what to expect on your 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland Long Range Delivery Day. This was by far the Worst Tesla Delivery Day Ever! Although my recent experience wasn't the best, I still recommend going to that location or any location. Typically, Tesla delivery is smooth and the staff is great and will assist you with any concerns or questions you may have. The 2024 Tesla Model 3 "Highland" can go up to 341 miles (EPA est.) on a single charge with updated exterior styling optimized for maximum aerodynamics. Stealth Grey and Ultra Red are designed to change with the light and viewing angle.

All of the Teslas are recording all of the Teslas and people around them all the fucking time. This GM is an idiot. Besides that I'm sure that they have security cameras as well.

I went to pick up my Model 3 last night, Sunday, just like you, in Burbank, CA. I had done all my paperwork already. Still, it took 2 hours from start to finish. The showroom was packed with people, I'd never seen anything like it.

I have a red 2020 M3LR and I am so jealous of the new Highland. It looks so much sportier to me. Was a bit turned off by the removal of stalks, but I'd get used to it. Enjoy and sorry about your delivery experience.

I picked up my new Model 3 in Glendale, AZ (Phoenix) a few weeks ago and it was 100% great! Waited maybe 10 mins and the rest went totally smooth! So much better than an ICE dealer! TY nice vid!

That’s crazy, when I test drove I said the exact same thing about the turn signal with the right arrow being and the top and the left arrow being at the bottom, should be the opposite I feel lol

I would’ve reported that guy and that location to the highest levels of the customer service department of Tesla.
You are making one of the most expensive purchases ever: a car. They should be kissing your behind for brand loyalty and future purchases. Then he used the scapegoat of protecting other people’s name when we already have thousands of videos of people taking delivery of their Tesla?

Im surprised you are not able to record. You should be able to recrd the vehicle so you can have evidence of the quality if the car when receiving it.
Apparently it depends on the advisors who are there that day. Some enforce it, some don't. Idk if that's their policy or not but I was just wanting consistency lol. I recorded and took pictures when I got my Model 3 Performance at Ft. Lauderdale Tesla and I got NO PROBLEM at all. That guy you got there needs to be reported. He was an a-hole, and how he treated you, I am sure Tesla would fire him. Report him.
As for your new Tesla, congratulations! Looks amazing. I think I will have to think very hard about what color I will get my next Model 3 Performance I mean , Ludicrous. I have a grey one, and wanted to do the same color... but the new red is just amazing. Only bad thing is that the red gets a lot of attentions... from cops! LOL.
And I will be going the opposite with the seats, I will go for white! I have black ones and while you are right, they are amazing and sporty, down here in Miami is hotter than Tampa, and white seats will help a bit when leaving the car under the sun. @@GouldsGamingandTech reminds me of when I got my Tesla model 3 back in 2022. Paid cash for it, they didn’t believe me, I told them it was a wire transfer and they kept telling me I pulled out a loan, I was like wtf, you clowns better recheck. Took about 15 min to get it sorted out.

I had a similar experience at the Tesla service center in Lynnwood, WA back in 2022. I was there to have an upgraded computer installed in my 2018 3. Next day I returned to pick up my car and drop off the loaner.There was a wait, so I thought I'd stroll the lot to peruse the new Ys and Plaids that I could see on the property. Yes, its a service center, but they have a big showroom there.
Suddenly (like your Batman dude), this guy comes out and follows me around, telling me that I cannot take photos of the cars with my phone and I was not allowed to walk the lot! I say, "I own 2 Teslas and I'm just looking at the cars". That wasn't acceptable and I was asked to stand next to the building or wait inside!
Customer experience at Tesla is a very mixed bag - before COVID and after. Its like Forrest Gump , you never know what you're gonna get.

Makes sense. I feel like after being in a performance. I for sure would rather a more comfortable ride and longer range. The perf is way too fast. I am in my late 30s and have no need for speed. But want a good economical car with sound system and all.

The actions of the Tesla employee were repulsive. You really should get his name and location and expose that particular location. At very least review on Yelp/G Maps. Please do whatever you can to mitigate that from happening to someone else.

He said I will refund you and you can leave, after TESLA's less than desirable Q1 results with vehicle deliveries... I don't believe TESLA corp would be pleased with such a horrible customer interaction. This employee needs some serious education...First amendment rights says you are free to record in any public area, restricted areas are off limits etc. Tesla may or may not have a "policy" of the no recording (probably not) but even if they did, policy isn't law. You have a right to record when you are in a public area. You could have called the police and let them educate this employee on this matter since he wasn't listening to anything you had to say!!

He has no guarantee that you won’t blur or delete other people or information. He’d basically be taking your word for it. Where if he just denied you recording there is 0 chance of that happening. You can still shoot off of the lot which I prefer anyway I don’t need to see your whole delivery day experience just show me the whip. That’s a shame they made such a big deal about the recording part. I remember back in the day when the iPhone came out people would walk inside the Apple stores recording and making the box videos on the Apple stores. It was pretty big back then like I Justine seen and all of them.
