Thanks Josh for those kind works! I'll be honest I just got sick and have been feeling down so reading this gave me a really nice pick me up! Thanks for tuning in and Tight Lines!!
I spent 8 days and nights camping and fishing in the Fla. Keys. I caught 6 big snook on large artificial minnows. I didn’t even know what they were at the time. Lots of barracuda and various other fish on top water and other things as I explored all around. Your vid’s bring me back to those days, thanks.
WOW look at 11:32 right when yo throw the Ramallah on the group of 4-5 fish something HUGE darted right behind where you casted towards your lure I MEAN HUGE LIKE 30-40 lb fish of some kind but if was FAST…….. man Rich you got the best footage in this one. 🐟
Such a nice catch on that poon. I loved watching your Keys series last year and these ones are just as good. Elias is awesome too. I watch all his stuff as well.
On the south side of lake suprise, in Key Largo there is a big creek called Doosenberry (? sp), fantastic place to grab monster mangroves......You're 😢welcome brotha. Btw, you might drive down Card Sound Rd, alternate to US 1going to the Keys. All great back water fishing. That croc's name is Omar. He is estimated to be 40ish yrs old. Turkey Point Nuclear power station is the largest controlled breeding ground for gators and crocs. Scary big back in those cooling canals. Thats where he came from.
Nice footage on that Saltwater Croc. I have seen them at Flamingo in the glades but I have never seen one in the keys. What a cool sight to see on an outing. Enjoying the keys series.
Great vid Rich. Just a suggestion. For cudas burn the lure in. Cant reel it to fast. That tarpon footage was insane ! How long was that croc ? Kinda scary in a kayak. They are a totally different animal than a gator.
Any chance you'll be posting videos of the camping down there? I have the same plan next winter, throw a kayak on the truck and camp a few days somewhere down in the Keys.
Tis the season for badass Fishaholic videos! Thanks so much for capturing all the adventures Rich! We truly appreciate all you do and I hope you have a great (and safe) holiday season. Can’t wait for the next videos.
haha Thanks Adam!! Got a few more lined up to be posted. Came down with some kind of cold, or flu so I'm fighting through to edit two more vids that i can post and the final keys episode in this series goes up Friday!
I for one really like your drone footage as part of your content! You're fishing solo in a kayak for pete's sake! You are not a commercial dragger spotting schools of stripers from a piper cub and relaying that to the captain. That is a felony. Read the Shining Tides by Win Brooks. This is a tremendous vid with the tarpon flying at you, this zany action only happens to you because you put in 100s hours of effort. Great content Rich!
Really enjoy watching you fish man! Was wondering what type of drone you use for filming, I was looking into getting one but I don’t know what’s good or what isn’t lol
I'm about to set out on Mobility Scooter adventures in Mobile Alabama, places I can ride my scooter to, local fishing spots, places of interest, the amazing Architecture this 300+ year old city has! Fishing spots where Alligators have taken stray dogs, my scooter only runs 22 mph I hope it will out run the gators (LOL) I'm a 71 year old 15 year Cancer and 2 time heart attack survivor! And I'm out to have fun after being stuck in a 4mph wheelchair for 3 years, now that I can go 22 mph I'm going to go the whole 36 miles this scooter will go everyday(lmao) My health has held me down but now I'm going to get her done buddy! LOVE THE CHANNEL!
Hey James, thanks for tuning in! really glad you enjoyed! One more keys episode in this series to come going up Friday morning! Happy Holidays and Tight Lines!!
Awesome man , that net catch was sweet , came down to visit family in Orlando , nice to have your good content to see , I definitely need to get over to mosquito lagoon and do some snook action or some reds or tarpon in the next week or so.
Hey I’m new to the channel but I’m loving the videos… lots of fun. I’m going to Android Bahamas in Feb and I’m going to be taking some of the swim and shrimp baits you have been showing off. Any suggestions for a bonefish lure…. I figured the Vudu shrimp but now sure what pattern?
Hey Scott, thanks for tuning in!! I've caught one bonefish actually on those little shrimp and I think it would be worth a shot to try if you get some shrimp pro cure super gel to give it some extra flavor. I would got with natural shrimp colors because the water will be clear. Also bring 8lb,10lb,12lb, and 15lb fluorocarbon. The lighter the line might help with really finicky fish. Other than than that I believe really small bucktails or hair jigs could work or of course live shrimp, or a small live crab.
hey rich whats up i was wondering if we have the chance to buy your fishaholic finback shads online? ive seen a merch shop with hoodies and shirts but couldnt find any offers for the lures and shads plus jigheads
This man gets me through alot, just such a vibrant real person. I appreciate you my man and hope to catch up and fish with you sometime in FL
Hes a real one. 😎👍🤘🤙
Same. Quality videos, quality person.
Thanks Josh for those kind works! I'll be honest I just got sick and have been feeling down so reading this gave me a really nice pick me up! Thanks for tuning in and Tight Lines!!

Agreed
Envy that variety and sight fishing you have down there…and that weather.
It’s great till the summer. Forever summers aren’t that fun.
Great video. Skinner had a shout out to Elias in yesterday's video. Nice to see that my favorite YT fishermen keep in touch and help each other out.

Awesome content every time you hit the Keys
Tarpon, crocodile & a caught starfish! I doubt I’ll see that variety in another video for awhile.

Great vid Rich! Always awesome content. You, Skinner, and Elias are my top three favorite TH-cam fishing channels. Nice work!
As far as saltwater. Thats a good top 3 for sure. Learn alot from them.
Thanks Paul, glad to hear you enjoy my content as well as my fellow fishing creators! New and Final Keys Episode in the Series goes up Friday!
Great vid Rich. Just a suggestion. For cudas burn the lure in. Cant reel it to fast. That tarpon footage was insane ! How long was that croc ? Kinda scary in a kayak. They are a totally different animal than a gator.
Thanks Adam for the tip! The Croc looked to be a couple feet short of my kayak and the Hobie Outback I think is almost 13ft. So it wasn't a baby.
The kind of fishing I aspire to do and the kind of fisherman I aspire to be. Getting me through some tough stuff.❤️☮️🖖
Awesome video and that net job couldn’t been better timed sweet tarpon rich 🤙🏻🔥
Insane catch with the net lol
Rich please consider a broad brimmed hat for sun protection as well as sun screen especially in the Keys!
