I think the decksets are perfect to introduce players into the game with established viable decks. I don't have neither of the archetypes so it's just a steal for me. I don't think every single product has to cater to the competitive players that are used to investing thousands on the game
Would be fine if they made 2-3 new cards for each deck & put actual generics like effect triggers in them. But nope, the chase card is just the Regalis Piece that we have yet to see.
Having multiple new cards in there would arguably be worse because it forces people that have the decks already to rebuy the whole thing. This is a much better compromise, where newer players can buy this as a taster and upgrade it as they go when set 8 comes out.
Honestly the reprint deckset arent that bad. Actually scratch that. The reprint Lianorn deckset isnt that bad. Just put like 2 energy cyclers replace the triggers for eff triggers and and honestly its good to go. The drajeweled on the other hand tho...yikes
Am i the only who thinks its really funny that they made Liael Amorta Keter Sanctuary then made Liael Odium Dark States and literally never explained why she changed nations or even adressed it? Like there's Liael support in both nations but you cant play both in the same deck because its literally against the rules to do so, and they dont even tell you why
Liael has ties to gear chronicle, and both versions were revived via gear chronicle powers. One version represents her connection to Keter while the other represents her connection to Gear Chronicle.
The theory going around is that Hikari original deck is always Dark State but after Akina died she changed it to Keter Sanctuary as a way to remember him😢
Because in lore amorta is from different timeline when rezael die in her timeline the power of fated one pour in corpse of original liael meanwhile odium is same like amorta but born despair from different timeline when fate power bavsarga prayers of despair pour in alternate timeline
@ogeid772 Read the card lore from the jp site Amorta and Odium are different people. Heck, there's actually three "Liael". The first one is the original Liael, who is dead. Died in a war a tousand years before the current events. The second is Amorta. She is from the future where Blangdmire killed Rezael (and destroyed with the whole of Cray). The power of the Fated Ones came to the current timeline and formed her. The third is Odium. She was born from of the despair created when Blangdmire was going around wreaking everything. She hated the whole timeline that caused her birth and needed the power of Fate to go back in time to stop the Original Liael from dying. Amorta stopped here because that would completly wreck the gears of time. Using the strongest technique: "Talk-no Jutsu", she convinced Odium to give up. Btw, all of this lore stuff came out like 3 months ago. Basically, anything that happens on earth, just crang that up, and thats Cray's story On a side note, you all remember how Erica(Future Hikari) was disappearing alone after the Fated Clash? Well on Cray, Krysrain stayed with her uncounscious body until the end, begging her to stay, knowing all of it was futile 😢
@@e-tan3911 Neither Amorta nor Odium have any real connections to Gear Chronicles Amorta was born from the power of the Fated Ones that originates from a world where Blangdmire won against Rezael Odium was born from the despair of Cray from when Blangdmire was acting as a moving black hole. The only connection and the reason why both have powers similar to Gear Chronicle is that the original Liael (the dead one) is literally buried in one of the ruins left by Gear Chronicle. When Amorta and Odium were formed, since they used her as a base, they both absorbed some of power of the ruins. Btw in lore, those ruins were bought by our favorite CEO. He just wanted to see the love story between Rezael and the Liaels to the end 😂

2:02 : That "EXTRA THICC" really caught me off guard 😂
‘Reprint set is bad for vets’
And people wonder why Bushiroad never does reprints lmao

varga mains in shambles seeing that new odium booster
I like these decksets though i wish they had effect triggers and a regalis reprint like angel ladder
Still getting the decksets. Tho bushi does have a bad record when it comes to reprints
Compositive Freaks and Rystal Galer instead of Noctursio??? What am i missing
They want you to buy DZ-BT06 for the Noctursio reprint.
@@Wslasherdefinitely
It doesn’t lose the power. That means it gets +10 draw 2 when the deck plays 2 turns in a row
Doesn't work like that. It's a CONT skill. It's just a 15k body throughout with the added ability to SB2 Draw 1 whenever it attacks.
@@pt3704but it’s an auto
Only the SB2 draw is the auto red text. The 5k power is cont.

Another Direful Doll that can't be use by Direful Doll... 😢
I mean, it technically can, it'll just be a vanilla.
Even if I knew the Regalia piece I'm not buying it. I'd just buy it as a single if it's worth it 😂 screw your sale padding Bushitroll

Neither Amorta nor Odium have any real connections to Gear Chronicles
