Karima, you are so eloquent and well spoken! Love your videos. Also, the Nikkia Joy powder is quite expensive per gram when comparing to other brands… I used to use Nikkia Joy and it is great but then I discovered Rimmel loose translucent powder (blue lid) and it’s virtually identical for 1/4 of the price.

try washing cushion puff with cleansing oil and a wet soap bar. On the dry cushion puff, pour a little cleansing oil. keep on gently massaging it and then give it some water. Please do it again with soap until saturated. Avoid soaking it with hot or warm water. You're safe.

I swear by removing the sponge applicators on the CT wands and her concealer it makes ALL the difference. The lock system on the wands really allows for precise dispensing (without the sponge) I get a better application as you don’t have fresh product being constantly mixed with old gloopy dried out.

@@karimamckimmie You can wash it like a sponge! It expands in water but it isnt as airy as traditional sponge blenders, very true to the name in feeling "doughy" and more like traditional k-beauty puffs

My Innisfree cushion puff has lasted 6 years of washing and is still as good as new!
I am into Pat Mcgrath foundation now, the only thing that survives my brand of quick application in the morning. It wears beautifully even under a face mask and looks like my skin but better even after 10 hours. And the same brand concealer, they pair beautifully. I don't really have the time to color corect, but these do a fine job on their own.
I love a lot of BoJ products, they are really good.

Can you try some newer foundations pls? There are so many on the market and I‘m always picking the wrong shade as someone with a light medium olive undertone. The colors are always way toooo orange or pink on me and you are my shade twinsie 🎉

Yes 😊 Introducing anything creamy will likely reduce the longevity. If longevity is a concern, I would use a satin or matte lip colour. x

I love the look. Does the setting spray keep the makeup on all day? I used the Milani Dewy Setting spray but it feels like my makeup mostly fade away by mid day. I look like I don't have any makeup on when taking pics so I need to start using darker colors . How do u keep dewy makeup lasting all day? Especially when u get watery eyes?

What's on your eyelashes? Is it a very subtle false lash or do you just have the best eyelashes? 😅

Tip on washing the cushion puffs, don’t wash them like how you wash makeup sponge. A sales taught me and it keeps them last longer, just add some soap on the puff, lightly massage in and soak it in a cup of water for 15-20 mins, take it out and lightly squeeze it, all foundation are out and just gently rinse the soap away and hang dry
Have you washed the cushion sponges in a lingerie bag. I wonder if that protects them.

Depends what irritates your acne and that varies from person to person. I would focus on a thorough double cleanse.
