I get sad every time when they ask us to contribute. I would like to... but they refuse anything less than 5& pr month... and I do not have that kind of money either lying or laying around.
A full hour without Francis saying "Clearly, I think it's ritual!", even if he probably tried like the dickens to interp interpret as such :)
Every time I see one of these posts I think "Excellent! Something new from the vaults at last!" and then I'm rapidly disappointed.
Strangely enough I KNOW all the full episodes exist and I've watched them all, more than once.
So, for me, and probably for others, these repetitive segment-stitched videos are a bit naff.
Please stop uploading compilations and highlights and instead upload full episodes. Thanks.

Don't watch videos that you don't like.
They do both.
They will have to keep feeding the TH-cam algorithm in order to keep the impressions up. Not a bad plan to do this.
You know new digs take heaps of planning, the three days, then heaps of editing... and cost money!
You know the income from youtube helps fund the digs.. and you pay nothing at all for the privilege to watch..
Yet you want them to not make that bit income that supports the digs you want to watch..
You know the youtube algorithm needs to be fed and one or two vids a year won't do it...
Are you thinking only about yourself again?!?!?

I know what you mean. Sometimes they serve to remind me of those classic episodes I've watched but forgotten about ( _Hero's Hill_ being a good example) but mostly I watch and comment to boost the algorithm.
The compilations are offered at a pathetic 720p while the full vids (linked in the descriptions) are all 1080p HD. Why bother putting poor quality content out?
full disclosure, I'm not too bright...seems you have free rein to dig many places where there may be nothing or valuable archaeology, but scheduled sites are often designated on suspicion so that qualified archaeologists have their hands tied?
