Shortcut to SEM || Scanning electron microscopy

Hi Atual Kumar. I have questions about SEM
1/ SEM has resolution is 0.5nm. If material rearch (0.5µm-1µm), Could I use SEM to see material ? (I see resolution of SEM is 0.5 nm)
2/ How to analyze nano material (SEM or TEM) ? Could I use SEM (I see resolution of SEM is 0.5 nm) ?
3/ What is the different of normal SEM and Coating SEM ?

1. yes u can use SEM for upto nm resolution
2. U can use image J softawre for analyze sem images
3. coating is done for nonconducting sample
iwill try for subtitle

@@photovoltaicresearch791 I see almost paper in google scholar.
When they characterization of nanometerials, almost they use TEM picture or FE-SEM (to characterization nano material). Seldom use SEM picture, why ?
