    Thank you for these informatic videoes. I have a question that I am with for one month. When I am simulation my Solar cell ,I check the dark current at zero voltage which is very high in a range of (e16-e25) the dark current in this range is unrealistic. Could you please give me a hint on how to solve this?. The dark current decreases much when I increase the Sunt resistance My goal is to create a self-power photodetector based on a PN junction but the dark current is very small which is unrealistic. If it goes from mA to nano amber, it is fine but messier than picoampere. I have been struggling with this issue for one month

      Increase the value of V2 which you can find in the action interface next to 'Stop after Voc' while calculating IV curve

    sir u mentioned the formula for CBO, but how to calculate CBO actually, the way u have mentioned in a graph plotted in origin. Do we need to simply subtract electron affinities of respective layers that we enter in scaps but that wont give us the range of CBOs.. please explanation is really needed for same. help me out

      Read chapters 10 and 11 of the Scaps manual and you will find some useful information
