You could already swap your gems and runes without having to go to the jeweller and unsocket them. That’s been implemented since the launch of Vessel of Hatred, it’s not a new thing in this upcoming 2.0.3 patch. What’s new in the patch clarifies tooltip text to convey more accurate information.
There is/was also a significant bug with the gem swap where top gem moved to lower socket gives double stats until gear check is initialized on area transfer and stats change to intended value. This is annoying on paragon nodes tinkering
Where do you get the information that they’re automatically converting yellow and blue drops and converting them into crafting materials? As far as I can tell, you still have to manually salvage them at a blacksmith. Is there an option to autosalvage those, that would be a nice QoL improvement.
It's been implemented since the launch of VoH. The pits rewards still give yellow and blue but no where else does. If was in the campfire chat and patch notes
@@cliptis86 Thanks, I had seen that mentioned in the patch notes, but since I’m still seeing yellow and blue items in my inventory in Torment 4, I assumed it wasn’t working quite right. Why should pit drops be treated differently, I don’t understand. Oh well, at least it’s better than before
