Look to the rt of spindle, notice The flat round area, this is a dedicated area to hit with hammer! Do not hit the rounded area. Hit the round flat spot area. Otherwise you will and can cause damage to where the upper control arm bar joint rest!

do you need to get the alignment redone if you replace both upper control arms?

ideally you torque the UCA while its on the ground with the tires and wheels o n
