Leyland H-series 24 valve engine(250HP,900NM Torque) with ZF-9s , 7.2 RAR, 2055 series propeller shaft with Hub reduction can give better performance than TATA Cummins 12 valve engine (300HP, 1100NM Torque) in up-hill operation.. Tata should be quicker than Leyland in plain roads, but Leyland performance will be stable in higher altitude mountain operation with heavy load.. thanks to 24 valve injection, bigger RAR and GB.
