New middle east international school bht achi padhi hai aur woh costly hai
Yara school mai padhi utti achi ni hai aur fees cost. Bhi bht less hai compared to new middle east international school

Kyunki m vha shift hone ki soch rhi hu family ke sath bachche bhi h to pta krna chati hu ki vha ki life style ke liye kitna monthly selery honi chahiye
Aapke family size per bhi depend karta hai 4 family members ke liye 10000 riyals enough hai
Abhi dependent kafi hai per person 400 riyals hai monthly wife aur do bacho ka around 1200 riyals monthly yahi ho jata hai iske baad school house rent grocery

Yara International School CBSE Annual Fee is around 8000 and for third child onwards its 4000.For transportation its 1000 for three months.Yara has IGCSE curriculum too .IGCSE fee around13000-14000.pls do check VAT .

Housing is very costly in Riyadh specially if you want family residents area But you can check in Hara some place have low rent

Yes you can home school your kids many people are homeschooling their children
Arid as far as I know very far from Malaz or Hara you can find school there but only saudi type if you are interested your country syllabus than you have to find apartment near Hara or Malaz bcoz mostly desi schools available these area only
Nearest Arid area schools fees will not that be reasonable bcoz they are British or amarican curriculum so it could be around 1000 riyals to 1500 riyals monthly

You should also have IELTS -4 above
