It just one small block and you call it a side 😂 and just to let you know that this area has already been planned for by the city of Riyadh to be improvement and to be developed before 2030 and to be regulated hard soon because of all the health violation that you just witnessed from selling animals unregulated to touching food without gloves.
As a advocate for a better life here in the kingdom, I promise you in the next few years we will change your mind on how to regulate areas with poverty and illegal migrants and areas like this, Inshallah will not exist in the next 10 years just like jeddah.

I would guess - It was his "business" - selling shoes on the streets and we all know that is illegal business. So, he was scared that someone is recording his business!
I am a proud Indian and don't judge by name but I feel their condition. Being away from family, unemployed, managing on bare minimum and if someone make videos, its tough to entertain and smile. They may felt that the guy is making mockery of their condition. But still some people could have been more friendly because your intention was genuine. This might help them only if administration watch this video and do something for betterment.

Tourvashu should rename the title of the video to "I was harrassed in saudi" like other travellers do when it's India all the time..
Hi Tourvashu, I lived in Hara for a year in 2010 and moved to other locality. There are more bachelors from Bangladesh in that area, there are people from Hyderabad who lives in other area of Hara. You would have met them if you have visited in night. But the area is one of the densely populated in Riyadh. Hara has many indian restaurants, grocery shops n mutton shops as well. Another similar place is Batha in riyadh. At 20:24, the triangular snack is samosa which is not local but Hyderabadi snack.
