Where do you get the lead inserts these days? Do they even work in "hollow" bricks? Where do you get those hinges? What about that 1/4" difference in width between the top and the bottom? Its quite obvious the gap widens on the latch side from top to bottom.

Very nice, but if you look closely you'll notice that door 🚪 is sagging; top gap is tighter that bottom on latch side. Everything else ok.

You can adjust that with metal washers behind the posts and readjust .
What do you suggest when it comes to stucco wall? Should I add a column of brick or put the post directly on the stucco?

Can we install these in dry wall I wanna use this gate to separate my down stairs from upstairs when company comes over for my dog
I don't recommend iron. It might fall off once opened for various amounts of time. I recomend aluminum gate. Way lighter.

Why put the latch at top and not in the middle?

I assure you it wasn’t cheap. And why put a really heavy gate on a wall you can just jump over anyway? Just going to wear out somebody’s arm
