These cars are quite common for condensation building up in the top of the engine and it’s due to the PVC plate which is supposed to separate water and oil and Reburn it either through the inlet manifold or back through the Turbo system depending on if you boost or not Generally replacing the PVC plate can fix the matter and it’s wise to change it anyway because this is a common failure point on these cars , but make sure it’s an OEM product latest revision from vw or TPS, as getting a Chinese knock off from Ebay will cause you more problems than you’ll ever know lol
for 400$ you wouldnt be scammed even if you got 99' civic that doesnt have an engine
