Too bad your website does not work. I tried to find the correct one for my new shotgun and the data is not available. Too bad because it looks like great product.

Sorry for the inconvenience, our website underwent maintenance and some data was lost in the process. We are working our hardest to reset all of the data to make it easier to find your correct recoil pad. This issue should be resolved soon. That being said, you can always use our template guide to find the correct recoil pad via our website navigation bar or use this link: cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1999/2905/files/Recoil_Pad_Template_Guide_-_WEB_07_2022.pdf
You can also call our company at (360)-427-6031 from 7am to 3pm PST. or reach out via email to support@limbsaver.com and a staff member will be happy to assist you.

Looking for a recoil pad for Marlin 336Y, suggestions? The dimensions are different from the regular 336

      Hello Ken,
As far as the model Marlin 336Y goes, it is not listed on our current "known" pad list, and without the dimensions of the butt of the stock, I won't be able to give you a good recommendation. However, just because it is not listed there, does not mean we don't have a pad for it. We offer a variety of sizes that work across most stocks!! The best way for you to find out which pad lines up with your specific stock would be for you to use our templates.
Have you tried our templates? That will be the best way to find a fit or check to ensure one works with your specific gun. You just remove the current pad from your stock and place the stock on the templates to find the perfect fit.
You can find our templates here: cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1999/2905/files/Recoil_Pad_Template_Guide_-_WEB_07_2020.pdf?v=1596473102
When you print our templates, you may need to check your printer settings and make sure your printer doesn't scale the size up or down. You can verify this by measuring a template and comparing it to the size listed on the template.
If you are located within the US and would rather have an official copy of our recoil pad template guide, send us your address and we can get one sent out to you.
If you can't find a template match, your next best option would be a Slip-On pad which you will get the same performance out of. Measure your bare buttstock, length, and width at its widest points and refer to these sizes:
      Small fits stocks measuring 4 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches up to 4 13/16 x 1 5/8 inches
      Small/Medium (this is a 1/2" thick pad) fits stocks measuring 4 5/8 x 1 9/16 inches up to 5 1/8 x 1 3/4 inches
      Medium fits stocks measuring 4 13/16 x 1 5/8 inches up to 5 1/8 x 1 3/4 inches
      Large fits stocks measuring 5 1/8 x 1 3/4 inches up to 5 3/8 x 1 7/8 inches
Grind-to-Fit pads are also an option, but we recommend professional shops modify and install these pads.
Here are the dimensions for our Grind-to-Fit Recoil Pads:
      Small 4 13/16” X 1 27/32” Grindable to: 3 7/8” X 1 11/32”
      Medium 5 3/32” X 1 13/16” Grindable to: 4 1/4” X 1 5/16”
      Large 5 9/16” X 2 1/16” Grindable to: 4 7/16” X 1 19/32”
Sorry, I couldn't give you a more direct answer. I hope this information helps!

What size for a Maverick 88 12G? Size small?

    • @limbsaversvl
      @limbsaversvl  ปีที่แล้ว

Im assuming your talking about our Slip-On Recoil Pad. If that's the case, all you have to do to find the right size is measure your bare buttstock (length, and width at its widest points) and then refer to this Slip-On Recoil Pad size chart:

@@imnobodybye236 as my honest opinion, without the pad isn’t all that bad. But it helps with my longer arms, and does cushion the recoil fairly.
