Jim, you all have a great product here and if I had a mule kicker I'd get one myself but fortunately I do not have a hard recoiling gun.

I can tell you that I bought a Backstop pad and installed on a Fierce 7PRC. The install requires removing two factory screws and reinstalling in the Backstop. Took virtually two minutes. Fit was excellent.

I really like that protective cap. I have a basic Savage 30-06 that was also pretty rough to shoot more than a few rounds. The Limbsaver classic pad coupled with a wearable pad turns it into an gun I can shoot until I'm bankrupt. I wonder how this compares and if I can then leave the wearable pad at home....

Has anyone compared it to the Falconstrike system?

Thank you for the review. How easy is the installation?

For my buddy and his Bergara, it was simple. Just 2 screws removed and reinstalled with the new pad. But this depends upon how your particular butt pad is attached. Please contact Backfire TV for more detail if interested, as we are not associated with their business or manufacturing in any way. We’re just shooters. Take care.
