Halle Bailey and Rachel Zegler will never learn. They need to stop attacking the fans by calling them toxic. Fans aren't toxic, they're passionate about the things that they love. Movies, TV shows, Video games are meant to be a place where we can escape our lives for a moment and just enjoy some peace, something interesting, we don't want to be lectured, just entertained. And that's what's wrong with Hollywood right now, their movies stopped being entertaining and became just political propaganda.
One thing I'd like to make it clear is that I don't hate neither of them but I'm annoyed by them. It's annoying to see they acting like this but I definitively don't hate any of them. What they both need to understand is that when fans complain doesn't mean that they hate them, it means they want to see a change in the movies, etc. But their entitlement makes them thinking that is all about them. Which isn't. I'd be annoyed about any miscast for the little Mermaid and Snow White, specially because it has been done just to push an agenda.

What Disney and Hollywood need to realise is they are in the business of Customer Service weather they like it or not! They need to grow up, put their big boy/girl pants on and accept this fact. Yes is is a different type of customer service from say a store, or fast food chain, but it is still a customer service. Their job is to ENTERTAIN and when they fail to do so their JOB is not to throw blame at the customers, but to take responsibility for the failure. Not call fans toxic, or any other BS but to straight up apologise for FAILING the fans. I'll give you a prime example I work at a well known and loved store. My job is to ensure the customer's happiness and that I help them to the best of my ability to provide the product they want and need. If for any reason I fail to do so..... I APOLOGISE!!!!! If I called a customer half the crap these entitled dumbass actors/actresses did I would be fired! So perhaps that is what needs to happen when an actor/actress blame their fans a.k.a customers! They need to be fired if it good for me it's good for them.
