Very helpful, saw a light I have never seen before so I went on a hunt for what it could be cause without context the gas cap sensor light does not convey gas cap xD

The dpf,glow plug and engine management lights are on and the car is in limp mode but the light that’s on in white and in the middle of the dash where info is displayed I’ve never seen before are an exclamation mark and the clock/watch one. Could you please tell me what these are? Thanks
I think your dpf is clogged.. try to use a diagnose software. It’s hard to guess the exact problem
All my bulbs work but my Golf is showing the bulb sign on the dashboard. Can you recommend a scan tool to clear this issue?

i had a warning light ( red ) light up in my golf 8 for a second with a loud beep. as big as the whole speedometer. it was a red circle with a sideview of the car and like an impact sign on top of the windshield. now when i start the car it shows as a little white sign for a couple of seconds and then disappears ....i cannot find the sign in any book or on the internet
I think you should use a diagnose software to see exactly what error was stored

Well, it’s telling you to change your oil. You just have to reset it. It has something to do with holding the engine start button for a few seconds. Just search it up, it should be there.

@@TutorialeAUTO nope. I know that I wasted some soda that got around where the parking brake is. Is it possible from the soda the wasted around there could've caused the light to come on? The parking brake still works though when I engage it.

I would check the motion sensors if I were you. I think they stop automatically if you’re about to hit something.

@@TutorialeAUTO lol, it is an undefined warning prompting service attention. I can not get rid of it however, it is said to denote fluctuations of multiple sensors. Looking at the age of my vehicle it is the turbo as it has a whine, can smell a little coolant burn off at start and also a little burning oil in the cabin. I am looking at new turbos.

I replaced my rear brake pads and the next day the yellow light came on with the message that saying check brake pads, I dont know why, my car is braking normally, and the fluid level is right.

That’s possibly something to do with your motion sensors around the car. It happens to my 2017 GLI sometimes.
