The American black bear (Ursus americanus) is a medium-sized bear native to North America.
The American black bear is the smallest of the three bears species found in North America, and are found only in North America. Black bears have short, non-retractable claws that give them an excellent tree-climbing ability.
American black bears are omnivorous: plants, fruits, nuts, insects, honey, salmon, small mammals and carrion. In northern regions, they eat spawning salmon.
Black bears will also occasionally kill young deer or moose calves.

Evelyne Robinson don’t worry. Female bears called sows are illegal to hunt in places in North America where bears have a hunting season. Only old males that eat little cubs because they want mama to be their new girlfriend are targeted.

Suffer malnutrition, because of over feeding in an ever shrinking wild, and be left to suffer from communicable diseases they would spread to each other from being forced to share common roaming areas?

Agressive towards person or family member..... Hunters take zero “pleasure” per se, when they make a good kill.. quick, clean and without pain intent.

When people hunt legally they pay a lot of money to the conservations. In Africa some of their conservations are almost wholly funded by trophy huts. I’d rather controlled hunting from them any day. In America the hunters I know care more about the animals then anyone. They grow trees, create places for them to feed in the winter, and often raise money to help the animals
Most of the animals that are hunted are on the verge of extinction so I highly doubt overpopulation as an excuse for being a shitty person 🙄
