First of all I would like thank you for clearing all my doubts. 😊
Ans- Ozymandias (Ramses II) the great emperor of ancient Egypt or a tyrant ....was ruling over a mighty kingdom ,and was aproud ruler.... But his kingdom was destroyed by ravages of time. As we now that time destroys everything either the mighty kingdom or the statues and monuments brave the ravages of time. The thing world remember and can never be destroyed is once behaviour, love and effective.
Hope u like my answer pls tell I can improve in it or can make more convenient. 😊

Ozymandias was the name for Ramases-II of Greek Egypt.
We get to know from the words at the pedestal, that he is a cruel ruler but also one who is also caring and thoughtful towards his people. He was proud and arrogant or atleast had grand ideas about his works.
