True Sir.Govt should move fast in expediating GE 414 TOT ASAP. Private sector should be roped in for the decesion making is very streamlined. Pay package is a problem in PSU.These organisations can't match it with Industry 4.0 technology companies. 50 lakhs to 1.5 crore is the range for brilliant IIT and NIT fresh graduates. With this scenario we can't expect much from HAL after 10 years or so. Currently 70 percent composites HAL uses are imported.Pilot ejection seats are imported, engine is imported. It's PMOs call. Restructuring of DRDO is good step. All the money spent on indigenous drone program resulted in nothing. Tapas has been rejected by our Air Force. PMO needs to understand the severity of the issue. Digging well when thirsty is never an option.
