For some reason my sunroof doesn’t close all the way when I use the air circulation button do you have any idea why that might be is there any fuse I can look for to see if is bad?
Try resetting your sunroof. Ignition on, sunroof closed, hold sunroof switch In CLOSE position( push forward, do not pull down), for a few seconds till you hear a click, then try again see if it works.✌

Happened to me a few days ago after a battery change, it wouldn't open all the way, had to play with it for some 30 minutes up and down, back and forth, it started working again. Very frustrating.

Use the buttons on the door ;)
If I am correct Car Ghost said it will put windows and / or sunroof in previous position. So, if you get out of car and hold lock button the windows should close even if sunroof is already closed. When you return to car and press and hold unlock then only your windows should open.
Am I drinking left over eggnog, or is your car exhibiting a "chime" when you operate these functions?

It chimes because the roof was open and the key was in ignition
