Wayne's Electrical It’s the circuit breaker for the transformer (it looks like Yorkshire Electric switchgear) and the ones next to it will be the oil switches/ring switches. Normally these breakers with the dial on were used for HV customers that purchased electricity at 11kV or 6.6kV rather than LV and the dial is part of a metering setup.
It's a old So Hi circuit breaker I used to make the insulators at Yorkshire switchgear group later to become Merlin Gerin and now Schneider Electric Leeds
The unit in the “box” is a Yorkshire switchgear IVO oil circuit breaker. The dial is an amp meter. The two switches to the left are Yorkshire switchgear FMS mk11 oil main switches
