When Will We Know More about Nintendo Switch 2? And when will the official reveal come?
If we get a Switch 2, my hopes is we get a Tears of the Kingdom deluxe edition with a DLC companion story where we get to play as Zelda in the distant past (if that ever happens).
I think Nintendo will reveal the Switch 2 during a June Direct. The reason why I think that is because there have been credible rumors that a regular Nintendo Direct will happen in April so that way in the summer Nintendo can focus on new hardware and possiblely bigger release titles.
@@vishousgamerthey never reveal new hardware in directs and since we're (likely) getting a direct this month, we may not see another direct until july. but i do agree that the switch 2 will be revealed in june

I think we will know more about the switch 2 when they announce it like in late 2024 and it"s been delayed to 2025.I also hope some zelda remakes will come out on the switch 2 and maybe even a TOTK deluxe edition with a master mode update.
I hope the next Switch has Magnesis, Stasis, Cryonis, Remote Bombs, and a Camera.
And the OLED Model Ascend, Fuse, Recall and Ultra hand 😂

Tell that to the rumors and leaks people post about all the time. Nintendo fans are the furthest from patient, but it's fair when a company like that dripfeeds you information once every 3-6 months if you're lucky.

@@pedrobeckup456 In 2025 I can. Look at the Steam Deck and various other handhelds that are more powerful than the Switch. By 2025, I can expect to see PS5 levels of power in a handheld.. just not from Nintendo.

I am waiting for a PS4 level (undocked) and a PS4 pro on the dock
And obviously you couldn't wait that from Nintendo, they don't release new consoles every year. And that is great to people like me who had to wait almost 7 years to finally be able to get a Switch 😅
And it is V1 yet, I would be so mad if I couldn't play Xenoblade 3 on my Switch and had to buy a new one that is not even a new console.
Steam Deck is PS4 level, but with the double of RAM. But the grafics are almost the same from PS4 to PS5 so it doesn't look outdated
@@pedrobeckup456 Again, you're not getting it. If the Steam Deck is doing PS4 levels, and there are other handhelds that are more powerful than the Steam Deck, then by 2025 I can see reaching PS5 levels.
It's just never going to be coming from Nintendo because it's like their Switch is running at PS3 levels. The Switch 2 might be PS4 levels, but by that point, we've moved to the PS6.
I wouldn't even worry about the new console. I'm more worried about the content ON the console. If nothing comes out for it, I won't support it. Why would I buy something with no games? To get last-gen games to run better? I'd rather just have an emulator do that instead of buying new hardware just to accomplish the same goal of playing games.
At this point, I've stuck to what I have, modded/jailbroken most of it, and have been running all kinds of content to avoid newer trash. Current content is so mid that I'm back to playing PS2 games I never had the time to finish. Mobile gaming is so garbage I'd prefer to get an older flip phone so I can use it for what it initially was meant for.
tl;dr with how far gaming has fallen recently thanks to woke and mtx, it's not the power of the next console people should be worried about..

We know much more than that due to the Nvidia hack. It uses the T239 chip and has AI and RT capabilities. CPU and RAM will be better and more than PS4 gen. GPU will be at least PS4 Pro before DLSS.
TLDR: It will be closer to current gen than switch was to last gen
@@Eggplant_SaladMy point is we don't "know" anything. We have rumors and hearsay. The hack might be legit, but it doesn't mean we "know" anything until it's officially announced.
@@JaidynReiman A hack that Nvidia admitted to be real is not rumor or hearsay. And there are job listings and comments on dev websites that say that they’ve worked on T239 as recently as this year. Nintendo doesn’t have to announce it to the public for it to be real. The Switch’s concept leaked entirely by Eurogamer months before reveal and Digital Foundry leaked the exact specs a few months prior to launch. Same happens to Apple all the time, year after year. No company is immune from leaks as much as they might try to keep details hidden.

Since Kingdom of The Planet of the Apes director Wes Bell has taken inspiration from Hayao Miyazaki’s style for the Legend of Zelda movie , my hope it has a well established relationship of Link x Princess Zelda’s relationship (where started out at best of friends in the beginning until their journey evolves them into be lovers) and a new iteration of them traveling hyrule together.
Plus, make an original story similar to what the Super Mario Bros Movie has done builded by complement and passionate writers, Princess Zelda becomes a great companion to Link, established the Zelda Lore and mythology, other abilities the Master Sword has, provided Ganondorf much meaningful background where we can all understand, hate and fear, etc.

im pretty sure the switch attach or wtv will be sold as a seperate screen and add on to the current switch. keeping your library of games and data while boosting the power of it. 1 screen 1080p while other lower screen 720p like the 3ds. being able to use both seperately or attached.

Nintendo of both America and Japan may need to give us a Switch 2 system later this year while in a development phase.
They don't have to do anything and Nintendo in Japan decides what happens Nintendo of America is there to market it.
@@dangermouseuk78 Very true but the problem I have with the Nintendo in America is that they have rewritten the original text to make it as if Link is a blank slated character, trying to make him friendzone Zelda while there are plenty of evidence to prove they are in a relationship, and make Ganondorf a 2D villain instead of showing his true obsession of bringing back the Hyrule where it lives under a chaotic and combative state in Japanese.
@@a.jthomas6132 that's by design you look up interviews devs they wanted to make link gender neutral, but basically he doesn't have much of a character because they want the player to be the character. And to be honest I hope they keep link friend zoned.

And Link’s love for his princess reverse her draconification. If you do not like their relationship, go back and play the old LoZ games like Twilight Princess.

I think that we know nothing about Nintendo's upcoming console, this is an interesting guess at what's coming but this has nothing substantial and based on iffy leaks and rumors. Maybe some of it may prove correct but it's just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks.
We do know a lot from very credible leaks - like ransomed nvidia data leak. But this video is very optimistic and missing those details, with a lot of speculation and random mentions of patents etc. Like it;s not going to be better than a series s, but it might look fairly close if you aren't counting polygons. The docked visual performance should be comparable to if a PS4 Pro had DLSS.
@@lackofcheese344I didn't need a leak or patentto tell you it's not going to be as good as a series s just Nintendo's track record. None of the random leaks or even Nvidia ransomware could be true of what they currently plan, of a device that doesn't even seem to be in production yet if it is they somehow managed to lock it up tight.
I've had xbox's and playstations for years. Haven't bought a Nintendo console since the 90s and was thinking of picking up a Switch recently just to play the Mario and Zelda games. Think i'll wait now, considering all the buzz about the Switch 2 coming out soon.
I have a tendency to believe the switch to leaks that it’s not coming for holiday 2024 but will come out in early or mid 2025.

If the switch 2 has backward compatibility with Switch games as well as bump them up in resolution and load times, that would be the best reason I’d buy one. I love my switch. Ps5 has all the pretty graphics and all, but I just feel happier gaming on switch. 🤷🏻♂️

I believe that the “Switch Attach” could be the real name. This will entice Nintendo fans to buy multiple consoles because the screens will attach to each other allowing for the use of dual screens.

I regret nothing buying a switch v2 during quarantine I got my moneys worth and more tbh. However since i bought a steam deck Oled my switch never left the drawer. I hope Nintendo will take notes from valve on switch 2 especially on comfort wcause thw steam deck its the most comfortable handheld device i used out of the box (w/o grips or other accesories)
You are assuming they going to do a Switch 2 as Nintendo never even said they going to continue with the Switch model at all.
The next console will not replace the current switch it will be a companion console.

It began in feb. 2022. Although if you werent actually involved in rooting through and finding the information, it finally bled into public sight march 2022. And later that year nvidia employees accidentally provided cpu information, and regular confirmation of continued work up to present.
That is still the only real information. Everything that has come since is made up nonsense and speculation.
