its really a matter of microphone quality on both sides and of course the sound level of the game. I personally split audio from the teamspeak and the Game to be able to edit the audio later on. So there aren't many options if you recorded Teamspeak(or Skype) and the Gamesound on one Audiostream. The Audio must be good while recording in that case.

Possible I dont have a lot of Skype sessions while gameming. TS is just more relaxed for Gaming. Its like meeting at a public place to talk to mate instead of visting him at home. Your 'ruddering skill' when strafing is quite good and very stable. I'm using Pro Flight Pedals as well, mind to share your sensitivity and deadzone setting? Though, my pedals is almost 10 years old now, and the axes are bouncing back and forth, not sure If that causes the unstableness.

Get a better monitor! I used to be complete crap at War Thunder tank games, because without the HUD I couldn't ever see the enemy before he shot me. Now I have a lovely 27" 1440p screen, and suddenly I can play.
need to get a computer that can run a better monitor first, but ill add that to my list, maybe one day ill even switch to a stick setup. i begin to realize i lack any of the tools of somebody who is planning to be good at sims/vehicles...
Sims are the worst in that respect. If you want realistic controls you need at least a stick with rudder controls but ideally some rudder pedals, so long as you don't mind selling a kidney for them. That's why I hardly play e.g. war thunder in sim mode, even though I'd really like to. And ideally some head tracker. VR would be perfect but although you can survive on one kidney, you can't sell the second one.

yeah, probably some radio stuff, but still why mount them on something moving, because that makes everything more prone to failure / wear and tear.

Ronan Smith to compensate for the wind so the gun is easier to handle in flight.

By knowing which shape silhouettes to look for. Also generally if they're green they're Russian; German if they're grey.
