This is the perfect timer for taking practice tests in med school. Each test block is 60min long and we need to be able answer about 1 question per min. My brain now knows to pick an answer and move on every time I hear the beep... I think I hear the beeps in my sleep.

Thought how could people do Contrast Therapy, since it requires switching between cold and hot showers every minute, like how people keep watching time while showering. Just tried that with this video and it worked exactly as needed.

I pace my self. So like each minute I have to read one paragraph and write down a summary or key facts of it. It helps so much.

pacing your self is very important because it is so easy to get distracted. i don't only use this video but i use the online one since you can make up your own interval timer. www.online-stopwatch.com/interval-timer/
just make sure yo turn on "repeat after done" button at the bottom so you don't have to make more than a lot of timers. Anyways, do well on your finals! :))
