This is the perfect timer for taking practice tests in med school. Each test block is 60min long and we need to be able answer about 1 question per min. My brain now knows to pick an answer and move on every time I hear the beep... I think I hear the beeps in my sleep.
THANK YOU! This timer honestly makes my at home physical therapy exercises so much easier. I dont have to constantly check my phone screen to see if I did or didn't pass the 1 min mark. This is great!
I have ADHD and a REALLY bad sense of time. Not to mention that I space out and forget about reality sometimes. This timer is PHENOMINAL at getting my attention back to what I'm supposed to be doing Speaking of which I just heard a beep- I should probably be working. Whoops.
I constantly lose concentration while reading a difficult book at the moment so i thought " if i could get a beep every min to get me back into the book that would be great " and i check TH-cam just in case, and yes someone made it ahah
Thank you so much for this video. It's great for working out. For the people saying the beeps are too quiet, just turn up your volume. My only wish is that the minute timer started with zero (0/60). That way I could see how many minutes I'd actually done.
I needed this as a reminder for when I am working on my desk and forget to keep pedaling on my underdesk elliptical bicycle, now I have a subtle reminder every 1 minute. Just a suggestion, would be nice to have another one with a slightly more noticeable beep, maybe a little longer beeps one.
Does exactly what it says on the tin! I have a project to do and time is seemingly passing by very quickly, day after day I am losing hours doing nothing.. I used this to make me consciously aware of minutes, therefore making time appear to pass more slowly.
I’m going into the USMC and using this timer for this bath trick to lose weight. One minute in the water one minute out. And I do it for an hour. Very happy I could find this video so easily
using for quick 1 min gesture drawing, quite nice thing to have around. which is kinda sad since it's uploaded in 2014 and this is still the best thing that i could find.
Great timer, just what I needed for my kettlebell workout. This time I did 20 reps every other interval, so at the start of rounds 1, 3, 5... etc. That's 30 x 20 so 600 reps of kettlebell swings in total. Next time I'll try 30 x 25 = 750, then maybe 30 x 30 = 900...
this is gonna be helpful bc I have the APUSH exam in 2 days and I found a 220 page review and so I don’t go insane I can spend 1 minute on each page 110 pages a day so it doesn’t take years ty
@@majaszejko99 hey nothing can stop you if you REALLY want to do what you wanna do. By the way, I've held my breath for more than 2 minutes and a half. It doesn't come by natural talent. It just really fascinated me as a child and I'd stick my face in a bucket of water all summer. That's how I got there.
Doing 3 pull ups every minute: Day 1 : 10min (30 pull ups) - I can do 6 pull ups in one go Day 2 : 11min (33 pull ups) Day 3 : 12min (36 pull ups) Day 4 : 13min (39 pull ups) Day 5 : 14min (42 pull ups)
Use this to time my slow push iv meds. I push 1/2 or whole ml every minute. Takes a while so its nice to just have a soft beep and not have to stare at a timer.
