I really appreciate Kerr's response at 32:49 about his intentional humility in coaching, despite being on the winning or losing side of a game. This is a lesson we can all take and use in our day to day lives.
One of the greatest GM & Coach duo!! Bob has done a tremendous job of managing the Warriors organization & coach Kerr has cemented himself as a pioneer of small ball & position less basketball. Since 2014, the NBA landscape has changed dramatically due to the dominance of the Warriors. The Warriors have demoralized & destroyed teams from the inside out. Many teams have been blown up to rebuild in order to compete or stop the Warriors. So far nothing but injuries seems to be the only Warriors show stopper because no team has been proven to beat the Warriors big4 in a 7 game series. Go Warriors!!
Really love Kerr talk. Insightful and knows how to crack jokes from time to time. My favorite clip of him is when he saved Jordan in 97. *_He hit the shot, that's his story, and im also sticking to it._* 😄😄
It’s no wonder that the Warriors are having the success they are enjoying, these 2 lead without ego and are eager to celebrate the success of their players and others. So many people are quick to blame Steve when they lose games or if players like Wiseman are traded, it’s easy to coach from the couch but try doing it for real and see how you fare. Steve and Bob are rare gems just like Steph, Klay, Dray and Iggy, it’s a privilege to witness their era in bb.
Steve Kerr is the driving force behind the Dubs' success, often eclipsed by the exceptional skills displayed by Curry. His leadership and strategic mind are invaluable to the organization.
