- then your fly fishing becomes a game and much more effective. Casting instructor Ronny Lagoni Thomsen takes you on a trip to many different fishing locations to demonstrate how this is true in real fishing conditions.
He walks you through the tackle setup and shows you precisely how to put together your gear to match the conditions where you are fishing.
We change location all the time to show both choice of tackle, fishing strategy and the more specialized casts needed to fly fish under all conditions.
This film is for both the beginner and the advanced fly caster. Through one and a half hour and 23 chapters Ronny guides you to a more effective fly fishing for salmon and seatrout with double handed and switch rods.

I already see a lot of people saying the same thing, but this is indeed THE BEST flyfishing video i have ever seen. I've been fishing for a few years already, but with these clear explanations and demonstrations its very easy to learn more about flyfishing. Well done.

Having just acquired a Spey rod,iv been checking out tips for double handed rod casting on TH-cam.And found this video to be the most comprehensive casting instruction video out there.Great casting filming and editing.Thanks for sharing this Gem.Tight lines Steve.

I literally don’t think of casting or mending I just put my fly out there, drift it, jiggle it or swing it and repeat.
New to the 2 handed rods so thank you for the course.

Fantastic video, wish I'd seen this prior to buying my first double hand rod, which is a faster action rod. It was at a great price though. You've also given me great advice, for reel and line selection. Probably the most informative video I've watched.

Wish I had seen this years ago - would have saved a lot of trial and error. Very impartial from those pesky tackle dealers - best fly video I have ever seen

So i noticed cold, can i bug you to put a number on that so i can relate to it? As for the video it's different so it's a cool vid as you catch different fish in different ways than you susuallly do. great stuff as usual:)
