actual NSK TECH!!!! IMPORTANT!!! 1st always call us if theres any questions and our team can help! she is right, to high and u will trip unit and or your handpiece gets Hot! 2nd use the proper clamp modes it makes a difference. 3rd always use the reset button to turn off the handpiece, failure to ensure h.p. is off can cause damage or worse, then power off the unit! same as if you would leave rotary instrmnt on, not safe! The rotary tool used is NOT Nsk and we have a better unit now available Emax EVO with the brushless micro motor! Great video overall and good demo! Keep it up!

chris Schmidt So when would you use the higher power? Does the foot pedal control the power output? Or is it just for on/off at a fixed power?
I want to get this machine and I really wish you guys and your distributors had more info about it online.

No way... ceramic stones are used in clamp mode.....short diamond file tools > unclamp mode ..only difference is max power output..
and bristle discs. starting with red is nonsense (220 grit) ..too coarse .result here would be the same without using the sheenus neo...that should be used for final polishing with fine grit..like 1000 - 1200..white or red Xebec or Superstone.
    Regards..
