I think there is an "updated" version of this where it has 6x USB ports with 4x regular 5v and 2x QC 3.0 at the side of the module

There are indeed variants of that Power Suppl;y Breakout Board. I chose it for the knob-adjustable output

@@JoGeoTechlabI wonder when it have an higher adjustable voltage range. Probably better to replace the IC responsible for it?

According to manufacturer, 12V is the max (fixed) supported output voltage of the module. Its adjustable output has a max of 10.8V so there's no need for replacing-modifying the IC as it will be a waste of time. Output Voltages over 15V will probably cause overheating issues😉
